Yūsaku Yara
Yūsaku Yara is the voice actor for the young Lord Slug as well as the voice of Senbei Norimaki in the Dr. Slump remake. He also voiced Hatchiyack in the 1993 OVA Dragon Ball: Plan to Eradicate the Saiyans.
