Whirlwind Blade[1] is a variation of the Mighty Hurricane Fury used by Syn Shenron in his Super Shadow Dragon form.
Overview
The user waves their hand to fire a red-colored (pink/black colored in Xenoverse), hurricane-shaped energy wave.
Usage
Syn used this technique against Goku and Vegeta.
