The Warriors in Black (こくせんたち Kokui no Senshi-tachi) are a group of mysterious fighters who have originated from other timelines and were given unimaginable power by Dark Shenron. Led by the former Supreme Kai of Time, Aeos, they aide her supervision over the Super Space-Time Tournament to decide what timeline will be the "True History".

Biography[]

Super Dragon Ball Heroes[]

Various individuals were recruited by Aeos in order to serve her purposes. The first known Warrior in Black is Xeno Bardock, a living singularity, who was tentatively convinced by Aeos to support her ideals after being allowed to test certain individuals in preparation for the "true history", including his alternate son, Goku. The other Warriors include a version of Future Gohan who lost his Future Trunks and Future Bulma to the Androids' attack, a version of Piccolo, and Vidro, one of the few survivors of the Glass Tribe.

New Space-Time War Saga[]

The first Warrior in Black arrived in the Pseudo Universe to save Goku from the Crimson-Masked Saiyan. He later fought Crimson while Goku and Vegeta trained in the mock Hyperbolic Time Chamber, and in the manga and video game helped Goku finish him off. He disappeared after the defeat of Crimson, under his own power in the manga and choosing to stay behind in the Pseudo Universe in the anime and video game.

The Warrior in Black later reported the destruction of the Pseudo Universe to Aeos and the other Warriors in Black Clothes and told her that he was able to save his son.

Supreme Kai of Time Saga[]

In the anime, the Warriors in Black stop Chronoa from taking any action against Aeos. They would later re-appear during the Super Space-Time Tournament, with the Bardock incarnation praising Aeos' idea of clearing out the new timelines. Meanwhile, during the tournament, the Time Patroller Xeno Goku secretly warned Goku about Aeos' business with him and his fellow Time Patrollers.

Later on, a few of the Warriors in Black appear at the Tournament waiting area to announce Round 2 of the Super Space-Time Tournament. Xeno Trunks and the Future Warrior in Black began to fight, prompting Aeos to intervene and halt the battle. She introduced herself to everyone as the Supervisor of the Super Space-Time Tournament.

During Round 2 of the Tournament, the Warriors in Black are shown to participate with one of them holding onto the Time Fairy which is one of the requirements for passing the round. However, Xeno Bardock, Future Gohan and Vidro were all defeated.
