"Vs. the Future Warrior in Black" ( ＶＳ黒衣の未来戦士 Bāsasu Kokui no Mirai Senshi) is the fifth chapter of the Super Dragon Ball Heroes: Ultra God Mission!!!! manga.
Summary[]
As Round 2 of the Super Space-Time Tournament continues, Super Saiyan Xeno Trunks battles against the mysterious Future Warrior in Black on a battlefield resembling a ruined West City. Realizing the identity of his opponent from his Ki and fighting style along with the scar on his face, the warrior removes his cloak to reveal himself as Future Gohan. As they continue to battle, Xeno Trunks demands to know why he is involved with Aeos and the destruction of different histories. Gohan tells him that he is in fact protecting the one true history, being unable to protect his own after the Androids killed everyone including his timelines Trunks. He blames his own weakness and explains that he was granted his newfound power so that he will be able to protect the true history this time around.
Xeno Trunks battles an incarnation of Future Gohan
Gohan transforms into a Super Saiyan himself and the two carry on fighting while Xeno Trunks continues to question his motivations. After receiving a powerful blast head on, Xeno Trunks transforms into a Super Saiyan God and tells Gohan that he can understand his pain all too well but sacrificing countless histories just to protect one is not the answer and vows to stop him. The two continue their intense and evenly fought battle leading to Gohan launching a One-Handed Kamehameha and Xeno Trunks a Masenko which creates a huge explosion from the collision. When the smoke clears, Gohan is shown laying on his back defeated. He compliments Xeno Trunks' current strength and Xeno Trunks promises him that he will protect every history.
Hearts destroys a Glass Soldier targeting Meta-Cooler
The Mysterious Guide announces his defeat but claims that the Time Fairy is in another area, possessed by another Warrior in Black. In the area Planet Glass, Team 3 members Hearts and Meta-Cooler destroy a series of Glass Soldiers. Meanwhile Xeno Gohan attempts to hold back Xeno Pan after Hit is shown to be encased completely in Glass. Hearts recognizes the ability as belonging to those of the Glass People but knows that Lagss is not the one responsible and questions Vidro's identity.

- In the anime, Vegeta was sent to the Planet Glass area along with teammates Hit and Yamcha. In the manga, it was just Hit and Yamcha.
- Likewise in the anime, Dr. Wheelo was the only one shown on Planet Glass whereas in the manga, Hit and Meta-Cooler were present instead.
