Earth's Special Forces and Z Fighters
The two are one and the same? Um, no. Earth's Special Forces = Yamcha, Tien, Chiaotzu, Krillin, and Yajirobe. Train on Kami's Lookout during the Saiyan Saga, fight against Nappa and Vegeta (cept Yajirobe, until he cuts off Vegeta's tail and later fights him in Episode 26). Z Fighters = pretty much everyone, Goku, Gohan, Krillin, Vegeta, Piccolo, Future Trunks, Trunks, Goten, Yamcha, Tien, Chiaotzu, maybe even Yajirobe, 18, Videl, Hercule, Majin Buu, and Master Roshi. The term Earth's Special Forces is dropped when the term Z Fighters is introduced, after Frieza's death. Ghostkaiba297 02:09, 12 April 2009 (UTC)

Is it gonna come out? Lidor
Hey how have you been? I took a couple month break, just was busy with things... but I began to miss this place so decided to come back and now I should be a pretty dedicated user again in my spare time. So, I do have a few questions that hopefully you'd be willing to answer. I was reading that you and a few other people are looking for a third administrator? I was wondering where I would go to apply for the job, because I have no idea where to even begin when it comes to that. I figured I've been here over a year and know the wiki pretty well, so having another established admin might not hurt. Anyway, if you do have any ideas on that please let me know etc. Great talking to you again-- SSJGoku93 23:44, 14 April 2009 (UTC)

Hi Nonoitall, i read the rules to be your friend, i'm ne to wikia, so i just wanna say, i wanna be your friend.--EmmanuelJunior 18:27, 15 April 2009 (UTC)
So, i'm a regular visitor to this wiki, although never a editor. I've been noticing a distinct lack of activity on both the frontpage and website as a whole. I myself run various websites (www.docarzt.com, and previously www.stationzer0.com) under the pseudonym Cerberus, on the TV show LOST. I feel that I could be of help in keeping the website updated frontpage-wise, as well as helping to promote it. So, I offer my help. If you like, contact me at email@example.com. I offer as a fan of Dragonball, and as a believer that this site could really bloom.
NOTE: I posted this on the forum, but realized that this was probably the wrong place. Sorry about that.

Reply: Hey Nonoitall
I am glad to be back haha. And thanks I appreciate the input, I had no idea we had 4 admins, I thought that it was only you and Storm? But anyways I appreciate it and please do let me know if possible. And with the custom signature thing, thanks, that should be very helpful. My one question is when making a "Sub user" page, do I simply just create it as a new article or? Sorry just don't remember and want to make sure I do it right, because I only want something simple like a colored name. Good talking to you, happy editing. SSJGoku93 20:55, 15 April 2009 (UTC)
Massive spamming and trolling by anon by the adress of 18.104.22.168
Hey Nonoitall, at about 9:20 P.M. my time, which is central United States (I have no idea where your from or your time zone), a massive spamming occurred by an anonymous user with the address 22.214.171.124. I removed and undid all his spamming, which were on the articles of King Piccolo, Goku, Dragon Ball Z, User:Vixen Windstorm, Ginger, Vegeta, Check-In Station, and Big Bang Burst. Myself and a few other users have undone all of these, but I'd assume this spamming may continue if the anon is left unchecked. I'd assume a nice punishment is in order? SSJJ (Super Saiyan Junior) 08:17, 16 April 2009 (UTC)Dodohameha
Well, Dodohameha is just a blast why not a wave. Or it is wave from kamehameha mix with Tien's yellow Dodon ray.
Never mind! Anyway, what series of DBZ Games do you think it's the bes? I'm Thai and some series I don't have, so can you answer this? (I'm not kidding, I'm THAI) SSJJ (Super Saiyan Junior) 10:30, 16 April 2009 (UTC)
Yeah, i was putting the latin american voice actors from before i created my account, so i say "if i will continue this why no create an account, and be no more an anonymous user".
Haha sorry I just can't stand spammers, really irritating. But alright cool just figured I'd let you know because you seem to be the admin that's online the most. And oh I see, yeah I just thought they were maintenance of wiki's in general but I guess that is still an "admin". As for the sub page thanks for the info, but just to clarify do I call the article "User:SSJGoku93/sig" or "User:SSJGoku93-name-of-sub-page" to create it... or does it not make a difference. Just want to be 100% sure. But, thanks again SSJGoku93 22:24, 16 April 2009 (UTC)
a final attack
That bit about the battles on that episodes i was wrong about Freiza's final form 100% being depleted since it states in the recap on how he gathers enought energy and time to reach his full power.--InoNOTHING 09:26, 17 April 2009 (UTC)
Alright cool that's a big help, but is there a certain way to "point" it? I also forgot to ask you, as for the main page, with the "Featured Articles" and "News", do you have any idea how to actually edit those? I created a new featured article, Super Saiyan, to be exact, figured it was time for a new updated one, but I have no clue how to actually make it appear. They seem to be numbered as the Dr. Gero article is Dragon Ball Wiki:featured article/9, so I figured mine would be 10, however, it does not appear? Do you have any idea how that works? Also with the news, how do you edit that? There is some new news such as the announcement of Fusion Reborn and Wrath of the Dragon Remastered and season 9 box set remastered, so I wanted to put that in there. Do you have any idea how this works or do you know of someone who does? Thanks again, sorry about all these questions man, if you want me to ask someone else just let me know haha. Thanks again bud. Also I left a little suggestion in the main pages talk page, when you get a chance let me know what you think, I'd love to know. SSJGoku93 21:08, 17 April 2009 (UTC)
Two quick questions.
Hi have two questions that I hope you could answer for me
1. Where would I go to find the page with all those color swatches for the infoboxes? up until now I've just been going to pages of attacks with similar colors and copying and pasteing.
2.Where do I go to create a page? You used to be able to type in a page that doesnt exist in the search engine and then it would tell you you could create that page but it doesnt do that any more
Thanks Thunderbender18 02:42, 18 April 2009 (UTC)

Re:Congratulations etc.Hey Nonoitall hows it going? I just wanted to say thanks a bunch, its an honor to be named an admin on here and I will continue to do my best to keep improving this wiki. I also created my sub-page as User:SSJGoku93/sig and User:SSJGoku93/sig2, however, I am not at all familiar with the color codes, is there some place I can go to look through codes? As you will see below, I just used a simple red border for now (one that I saw you wrote down before). Thanks again for the advancement and help my friend, take it easy and let me know if there's anything you need some help with
RE:Alright I finally got the whole signature thing figured out thanks so much for your help. Do you have any idea how to edit the In The News section on the main page? I tried to do it like I did the feature article but guess it doesn't work the same way? I just figured it would be good to update the news as new remastered movies are coming soon as well as the next season. Thanks again
Sorry about doing that edit without a user name. I have one, I just didn't realize I wasn't signed in. Ttc817 16:44, 21 April 2009 (UTC)
Quote of the Day
Hey mate. I initially brought up this suggestion prior. I am hoping to implement a nice idea for the main page, where I'd be in charge of selecting a daily quote of the day by a different character from DBZ each day. It would be much like the daily quote of the day that is being systematically selected on wikiquote [which has a single character image and the featured quotation from the series], as I have also been contributing there heavily. I would basically be in charge of selecting and changing the quote of the day daily. All the previous quotes of the day would be available for access on one single page for informational purposes. Let me know what you think, I'd appreciate your feedback. - PrinceZarbon 17:46, 21 April 2009 (UTC)
RE:Wow how did I not figure that out? Haha your a massive help can't thank you enough.
Just to let you know, this guy is continuing to vandalize Marron, Cargo, and Dende. I've reverted him again, but since I'm not an admin, I can't do much in the way of apprehending him, so I thought you might want to look into it.--Megatronacepticon 17:18, 23 April 2009 (UTC)
RE:"Bottom Feeder Fish"I'd be very happy to keep an even closer eye while your away. Even before I became and admin I tended to check all recent changes as much as possible to look for mis-information, spam, punctuation and spelling errors etc. But now I will gladly up the checking and I'm sure PrinceZarbon would be happy to team up on this task as well. In fact, we both just created the Template:Featured Quote as well (I'm sure you noticed), something I created and he will now manage. But thanks for regarding me so highly I really appreciate that, and yes I will definitely keep a sharp eye for the next few weeks while you are away. Are you going to log on at all just to stop in or will it be a full few week break? Anyway, enjoy your break and hope to talk to you soon.
Cui's power level
I'm certain 18,000 is to low for Cui as his power level, i really think it is 19,000 what do you guys think? gr. Aäron
- No, that is incorrect. Cui's power level is at 18,000 and that is his maximum. - 14:31, 25 April 2009 (UTC)
SSJ2AJB Hey, I need your help. If you've been to these two pages before, you'll see that it says, "The Double (technique) is a variation of the (technique) used by (user)." However, I want to put in something better than "variation", you know like "double handed version of the (technique)." But if I say that, it might mean the same thing as the original technique, since they both are performed using both hands. Is there any other way you can say "double handed" for the two techniques? If so, tell me on my talk page when you get the chance.
SSJ2AJB Okay, this is what I mean.
Super Kamehameha- An advanced version of the Kamehameha.
Fast Kamehameha- A standing version of the Kamehameha.
Angry Kamehameha- A single-handed version of the Kamehameha.
Super Masenko- An enhanced version of the Masenko.
Masenko Ball- An energy ball version of the Masenko.
Combined Masenko- A combined version of the Masenko.
As you can see from the different versions of the Kamehameha and Masenko, they all very brief descriptions about what they are. However, I don't know what very brief description to say for Double Kamehameha and Double Masenko. I was thinking double handed, but I'm not sure of that. Do you have any?
SSJ2AJB Well, I was about to give up and forget it about it, but then I thought of something! How about we say "a two-handed double version"? This may be good because the user is using two hands for the attack. Also when the user uses the Double Kamehameha/Masenko, he fires two Kamehameha/Masenko blasts out of his hands. Since there are two energy blasts, we can say them as double attacks. How does this sound?
About the group vs Freeza - Dende...
"Nonoitall (Talk | contribs) m (60,027 bytes) (I dunno, Dende wasn't really fighting; he was more like collateral damage) (undo)"
I disagree. His role in the battle against Freeza was just as important as everyone else's, only different; if he didn't heal everyone on the battlefield, they would have all died (Goku aside, of course). He doesn't have to actually be going fist-to-fist with Freeza to be against him in the battle. He should be included with the others. - KneeKicker 13:27, 28 April 2009 (UTC)
That's a good point. Yeah, they were all involved but Dende was actually an immediate supporter on the battlefield who was against Freeza. Freeza actually recognised him as one of his foes (like when he was standing on the cliffside and saw Dende with Vegeta, Kuririn and Gohan). Shenlong and Porunga weren't really taking sides; they were just granting the wishes that they were being given. King Kai and Mr. Popo, as useful as they were, weren't on the actual battlefield with the others. I still believe Dende should be included though, as he was on the battlefield with the others from when it started and efficiently saved their lives. - KneeKicker 14:57, 30 April 2009 (UTC)
LOL Ok, thanks. - KneeKicker 11:27, 2 May 2009 (UTC)
Super Dragon Fist
There are two articles for the same technique (Dragon Fist and Super Dragon Fist). The pictures for both pages show the exact same attack (just used diffent times). I was going to merge the pages but you have to be an admin to do that. Thunderbender18 01:25, 29 April 2009 (UTC)
Okay thank you Thunderbender18 02:48, 1 May 2009 (UTC)
Quote of the day
i got a question.can Quote of the day be when Vegeta says to Android 19 "Does a machine like yourself ever experience fear?", episode upgrade to super saiyan.I mean cant be today but can it be sometime soon?
- Hello. I am handling the QOTD suggestions. If you have any suggestions, such as the one above, you can post them here: Featured Quote suggestions and I will take them into consideration for future quotations. - 00:19, 1 May 2009 (UTC)
Responce to the question above.Hey Nonoitall, I went ahead an answered the question that was asked above. Hope your enjoying your break bud, hope to see you back on regularly soon!
Hi. I am not a user at this site yet but I have a question, can a saiyan without a tail and a saiyan with a tail (both have the same power level) use the fusion dance.
Hey, me again. Well, I just took care of the Double Kamehameha and Double Masenko articles. This time, its about the Bakuretsu Ranma article. I know Gohan used it against Frieza, but I think it's be a combination of the Masenko and Explosive Demon Wave and another variation of the Masenko. What I mean is that when Gohan uses the attack, he holds his hands in fashion similar to the Explosive Demon Wave, then he calls out Masenko. When I was on the Bakuretsu Ranma page, it is said "It is like a combination of Exploding Powerful Demon Wave and Masenko." Do you think I should do a bit of a rewrite of the description of the Bakuretsu Ranma, or just leave it the way it is?
Templates fix / Majin Buu
Heya. I revived the episode guide templates in the hopes that they won't be vandalized again. I've tremendously added a nice image guideline to the episodes in nice chronological order for the episode guide pages. Let me know if you like the formats.
I proposed that the Majin Buu page be separated into different articles as Buu's incarnations are separate entities. For example, I like Evil Buu but I dislike Majin Buu. And others feel vice versa. But neither is the same character and shouldn't be treated as such. I brought this up for discussion in the hopes of reducing the Majin Buu page's enormous clutter and misrepresentation as well as tons of gibberish on one page. That page is an extreme representation of clutter. However, the fact that it can be avoided heavily is by separating Buu's incarnations as they are entirely different characters. If Goku's forms and Vegeta's forms can have their own separate articles...and naturally if Gogeta and Vegito and other fusions are considered separate characters, it's only natural that Majin Buu, Evil Buu, Super Buu, and Kid Buu have their separate articles. Doc Lithius seems to have agreed with me for the most part. I've instructed Thunderbender to redirect them and reduce the Majin Buu page clutter enormously and avoid a further mess; have the separate characters more accessible and easier to maneuver for editors and readers. What do you think mate? - 01:00, 15 May 2009 (UTC)
Welcome Back and Dragon Ball Logo Glitch
Welcome back, Nonoitall. I heard you went on vacation or hiatus or something? Glad to see you're back. Hope you had a good time! In your absense, several contributors have helped both PrinceZarbon and SSJGoku93 keep peace and clarity in the Wiki, but you probably knew that. Couple'a nice guys, those two.
So, hey! We tried to update the logo to have ORANGE stars instead of black ones, but nothing happened when the logo file was replaced... Or rather, the file WAS replaced, but the logo on the sidebar menu...for some reason...was not. SSJGoku93 followed the instructions laid out in the Wikia help documents, but to no avail. Did we miss something?
Take care, and thanks for any help you might have!01:19, 15 May 2009 (UTC)
- See, now that is VERY useful! Thanks! I've forwarded this information (as well as modified logos) to SSJ, though I assume pretty much any of the higher-ups could make the modifications. 20:59, 16 May 2009 (UTC)
Great to hear that you're back now, I'm sure you may have noticed a few new additions that have been made in the last few weeks, just curious as to what you think about them?
I'd also like to through this little bad bit in here as well: if you ever considering another administrator for the Wiki in the near future, I'd highly recommend Doc Lithius, as he has been a huge help to PrinceZarbon and I in helping to maintain etc., so I'd just kind of throw that in their as a reference for him in case of a decision for an addition of another sysop.Talk to you later, and glad you're back :^)
- I'd second the notion for Doc Lithius. If the need for another sysop ever arises, he'd make a valid candidate. I've found him very helpful as well as the usual work along SSJGoku93, whom I find very respectable and whose opinion I trust highly and find valuable. - 03:42, 15 May 2009 (UTC)
Hi! I'm new to this Wiki!
I'm normally on Runescape Wiki, but lately I've been reading the Dragon Ball books and found interest in it. So, I decided to read on some of the episodes since I can't watch it at home. I'm on the tournament saga and I've been noticing that some of the pages have serious grammar and spelling mistakes. Although I'm not going to be a major editor on this wiki, I'll fix up a couple of things if I read it. blackhole252
RE: ReturningGood to hear from you again bud. In a nutshell, Zarbon and I have basically been working it out this way. He checks articles related to villains, and I check articles related to heroes, and we both have been checking places, objects, techniques, etc. We also both checked the most recent changes to every article when one of us was not currently online as well. Now of course this was just temporary until you returned, but I'm certain that a good routine can be created in case of scenarios like you said. The 3 of us will have to discuss it further I suppose.
Regarding DB Evolution talk page
Hello mate. I'm going to need you to look at the DB Evolution talk page. Please also check out my talk page for the latest about a current argument in regards to the DB Evolution article. bulletproof seems to be the only one whose opinion currently doesn't coincide with everyone else. But I'm very aggravated at his current behavior. In any case, please check both pages for me thoroughly and give me a response when you get a chance in both instances. - 05:02, 22 May 2009 (UTC)
In Regards to the Invisible Man
Heya mate. I had to bring this up. His name is not see-through in the manga. He is merely mentioned to be see-through on two occasions only in the Funimation dub. The time Fortuneteller Baba refers to him as "being" see-through. She also calls him various other things. Here's the dialogue:
- Goku: What's invisible?
- Fortuneteller Baba: Aha ha ha! It means see-through, transparent, in other words, you won't know he's there until you've been hit.
That's the entire mention of him. He's also referenced to as transparent. The next time we hear Upa call out to him, but Krillin also calls him other random things along with Puar. I assume the last time we hear "See-Through" is in the filler scene when Baba has Goku eat food and the invisible man brings him food. But that's not his name mate. It's just titular as simple as "The Invisible Man". Thought I'd resolve that as he's also an integral character in the Fortuneteller Baba saga. I won't argue about the other Baba fighters as they were all named accurately (Bandages, Fangs, etc.) I just want to clarify that if we're going by the Funi names, it's just plain "See-Through" and if we go by the manga names, the best translation would be "Invisible Man" (moreso than "Transparent Man") What should we do with his name; it can either be "See-Through" or "Invisible Man" (both are technically correct but the joining of the two isn't.) What do you think? - 03:14, 30 May 2009 (UTC)
Hey your signature says your name like the way they write Dragonball how do you do that?!Vegerot 23:29, 31 May 2009 (UTC)!
How have you been?Hey Nonoitall, how have you been? Loving the new signature man, I'd love to steal it from ya but I'm not going to do that haha, very awesome though. Just dropping by to say hi and let you know things here have been going very smoothly! Talk to you soon,
- I concur with SSJGoku93. Your new sig looks excellent. I'm astonished at its one-of-a-kind brilliance! Good job! :] - 22:03, 1 June 2009 (UTC)
Tidy Signatures Trick
Someone informed me that you informed him of a neat little trick to change your signature from a 300-character blob of horrendous mess to a tidy little one-template box of neatness. For this, I must thank you. This is a VERY nifty trick I plan to implement into any and all Wikis I happen to route around in. Not sure why it didn't dawn on me sooner... Anyways, thanks again! 01:34, 2 June 2009 (UTC)
Hey Nonoitall, how's it going. Feast your eyes on this little project I've been working on today.
What do you think?
RE:REYeah I was trying to think of another way to word the message, and your little suggestion works perfectly for what I was attempting to say. I went ahead and changed it, let me know what you think and if anything could be added to "pretty" it up.
I seriously forgot how to archive my talk page after doing it so long ago on the other wikis. Do you remember how to archive a talk page; I pretty much got the menu set up like your talk page but the differential is the "oldid" where I just substituted a random numerical value. What would be my talk page's numerical value, that way I can archive my talk page. Thanks, I appreciate your help greatly mate. - 01:19, 7 June 2009 (UTC)
- I finally figured it out myself. It took me a while to remember it though. I hadn't archived in a long time. I'll let you know if I need help in the future in regards to any other formatting tips. - 01:32, 7 June 2009 (UTC)
Hey Nonoitall, thought you may want to see the other project I just finished as well
This article is about the
We can use that template for articles on things like creators, actors, voice actors, musicians etc.
The Dragon Ball Z or Dragon Ball GT icon
I'll have the Dragon Ball Z Icon please.10:38, 8 June 2009 (UTC)
I really don't know what you mean by that.15:43, 8 June 2009 (UTC)
Reply:I'm glad you like it, figured that would be a good way for readers to know which articles are not about in-universe things. Anyways, what is the MoS? I probably know but can't think of it right now.
I don't have one, really
Maybe in the middle? Let's see how it is.20:56, 8 June 2009 (UTC)
I don't have a template of my own signature, though.20:59, 8 June 2009 (UTC)
Thank you very much, Mr. Nonoitall. I would also like to have a GT icon on the right, and the Dragon Ball Icon in the beginning, please.21:17, 8 June 2009 (UTC) Thanks to you, now I have a template. Now, I wonder. How do I change the outlines and color of my username? Because now I think it deserves a appearance change like yours and the others. The icons are great. 21:33, 8 June 2009 (UTC)
My current projects
How's it going my friend? Any way I thought I'd let you know that I'm currently creating separate pages for each of the dates in the Dragon Ball universe, and then plan to create a scroll box template so that readers can scroll and select any date they wish. So, what do you think of that? I noticed that most wiki's use that method, so why not us right? I also used "Age" instead of A.D., which is self explanatory. Also used B.C.A. (Before Common Age), instead of B.C. or B.C.E. for more obvious reasons. So just thought I'd get your input on this little project. Also made the template below, could definitely help.
ReplyYes, "Age" comes from both the Super Exciting Guide and the various Daizenshuus. They also used "Before Age", which is easily abbreviated into B.C.A. or B.A. They both are basically A.D. and B.C. but of course it's the DB universe, not the real world. As far as the template goes, glad you like it, and as always fix it as you please. About the MoS that's good to hear, when do you think you'll be ready to unveil it? Take care, talk to you soon.
Hey man, everything's alright, I've pretty much just been taking a break from everything wiki-related. I probably should have said something so things didn't look as bad, but before I knew it a week of limited activity turned into four months away haha. I did pop in every now and then though just to see how things were running, and it's good to see that PrinceZarbon obtained administratorship, he totally earned it. I can't promise anything with how active I'll be from here onward, but I'll definitely be taking a shot at getting back into the swing of things! Storm talk – projects 07:08, 19 June 2009 (UTC)
