Hey whats up DB community got another post coming for you today. I was going over some of the older DBZ episodes particulary those that involved Imperfect Cell, and his development (as a character). A fight is brewing, Piccolo loses and 17 stands by watching android 16 have the edge on cell. Question is this: Android 16 is standing over Cell, 16 then tears Cell's tail clean off, but why did he stop there? Cell is clearly immobalized (on the ground) and in terrible pain. Why didnt 16 finish him right there?
