Someone may have already made this blog, and if they have, then I'm sorry. But I really want to here who you guys think is the best villain from Dragon Ball, DBZ, or DBGT. Now, I dont mean your favorite, or most loved villain, I mean who is the best villain, the greatest at what they do. In short, don't pick someone who just looks cool, but makes up a really evil, and awesome villain. My pick would be Cooler. He is very evil, as well as extremely intelligent, as well as Cool (pardon the pun) under pressure. Cell is also one of the best in my mind.
