Why are so many people complaining that Frieza is coming back?

I have seen in a few pages that people are complaining that Frieza is coming back and not some one else. I belive that Frieza is the perfect candidate to come back. First of all we don't know shit about his past and second he is a very well made character and has an awesome personality. So why do peopole say that? Oh and please don't say that Broly is better, 'cause he's not.
