Goku base form power level battle of gods =100 million. I base this off of the statement made by Beerus that Goku couldn't possibly defeat Frieza in his base form as he is.  All of these power levels for Goku will also be manga based. In the super manga Goku doesn't absorb the god ki into his base power. Or atleast nothing is stated about him doing so. So I'll be basing this off of the notion that Super saiyan god is NOT stacked in his base.

Goku super saiyan = 5 billion

Goku super saiyan 2 = 10 billion

Goku super saiyan 3 = 40 billion

Goku super saiyan god = 1 trillion. Beerus stated he had to use almost 10% power for an Enraged super saiyan 2 Vegeta who had far surpassed ssj3 Goku briefly. He then used 70% against a full power ss god Goku. Therefore a full power ss god Goku would be a out 7 or 8 times enraged ssj2 Vegeta and 15-25 times ssj3 Goku. I realise that Beerus was joking with Vegeta and Goku about his power and used much....much less then what he stated but I still feel this is somewhat accurate for Goku's god form atleast.

Goku SSGSS  ROF = 10 trillion. I'm basing Goku's blue multiplier off of the statement made in the manga that Vegeta was at less then 10% of his regular power when he fought Hit, and super saiyan god Goku was more powerful then a less then 10% blue Vegeta. So we can ballpark and say blue is roughly a 10x multiplier for god.

Goku super saiyan god Hit ournament = 3 trillion. Goku and Vegeta trained after ROF getting much stronger.

Goku ssgss = 30 trillion

Goku ss god black arc = 5 trillion

Goku ssgss = 50 trillion

Goku mastered ssgss = 250 trillion. Goku's mastered super saiyan god form was astronomically more powerful then the original.

Goku SSGSS TOP = 60 trillion

GOKU mastered ssgss = 300 trillion

Goku mssgss with kaioken = 600 trillion. Goku used kaioken with mastered ssgss in the manga but it never said the amount he used to multiply. So I'm going with a double.

Goku ui omen = 3 quadrillion.

Goku MUI = 9 quadrillion.

These are just estimations. I realise these can be very far off.
