Tarble's power level
From what we could gather from the movie special, Tarble's power is signifficantly weaker than Abo's and Kado's. It is also said that he was sent to exile because of his weakness, as he would have been a disgrace to the race.
Now I think this puts his power level at something even below a Saibaiman. Opinions? Theories?
