Universe 3 (第３宇宙 Dai san Uchū), the Spiritual Universe (精神の宇宙 seishin no uchū), is the third of the twelve universes in the Dragon Ball series. It includes planets, stars, and a large number of galaxies. Universe 3 is linked with Universe 10, creating a twin universe. It is the universe with the seventh highest mortal level.[1] It is erased in the Tournament of Power when Agnilasa was knocked off the fighting stage. Universe 3 is restored along with all its inhabitants via Android 17's wish after winning the Tournament of Power.
The God of Destruction of Universe 3 is Mule, the Supreme Kai is Eyre, and the Angel is Camparri.

- As noted by Eyre, Universe 3 is famous for being very intellectually advanced.
- Universe 3 seems like a place of robotic technology and engineering. There is, however, a Galactic Patrol equivalent with the Space Police, as seen with Catopesra.
- Universe 3's symbol appears to be a stylized targeting reticle, further emphasizing their use of technology.
