The Universal Conflict Saga (宇宙争乱編 Uchū Sōran Kaisen-Hen, lit. "Universe Disturbance Arc") is the fifth original saga in Dragon Ball Heroes.
It continues on from where the Prison Planet Saga of Super Dragon Ball Heroes left off.
Plot
Universal Conflict: Dawn of War Saga
In the Core Area, the Core Area Warriors prepare their invasion. Hearts asks Lagss to fix Cunber, who had been injured during his battle with Goku and the destruction of the Prison Planet.
After escaping the Prison Planet, Xeno Goku and Xeno Vegeta return to their world using Instant Transmission, but not before saying goodbye to the others. Immediately afterward Fuwa, the Supreme Kai of Universe 6, appears on Beerus' Planet and tells Vegeta and Future Trunks that unknown enemies have appeared in his universe and have begun a war. He tells them that he has tried to get in touch with Champa and the other Gods of Destruction but has failed to make contact. Vegeta however declares that he be taken to Universe 6 so that he can deal with the enemies himself.
The twins Oren and Kamin
In the anime, in Universe 6, the twins Oren and Kamin battle and outmatch the Universe 6 warriors made up of Hit and the Saiyans, Cabba, Caulifla and Kale. Try as they might, the damage dealt to the twins is instantly restored. As they are about to dealt another attack, they are saved by the arrival of Vegeta along with Future Trunks who transform into Super Saiyan in order to do battle.
Hearts, the leader of the Core Area Warriors
Elsewhere, Hearts along with Fused Zamasu watch the battle through a display and though Zamasu is eager to destroy the mortals he recognizes from Universes 7 and 10, Hearts tells him that he must be patient and wait until Zeno has been defeated. Back on the battlefield, the twins express joy in how the battle has suddenly become so interesting and suggest that they do the "thing". They enter the wounds of Caulifla and Kale, having them undergo a Tuffleization and continue to attack the others.
Vegeta charges a Final Flash
Hit assists Trunks in holding off the Tuffles while Vegeta powers up a Final Flash but before the blast lands, Oren and Kamin leave their hosts and the blast hits everyone else instead. Exhausted, the Saiyans and Hit are suddenly pinned to the ground by a gravitational force due to Hearts. He tells everyone that the Universe Seed is brimming with energy and that he is the man who will take down Zeno, the Supreme Kai and the God of Destruction. When he attempts to finish everyone off, Oren and Kamin tell Hearts that they were in the middle of having fun fighting them causing Hearts to halt his attack.
Jiren confronts Cunber after Top lies defeated
When Fused Zamasu suddenly appears, Hearts suggests heading towards the next Universe and asks Hit who is the strongest being in all of the Universes. Though Hit does not answer, Hearts is able to read his mind and determine that the answer is Jiren and decides to head to his Universe. Meanwhile in Universe 11, Jiren stands firm ready to face Cunber in battle, with Top unconscious on the ground having already been defeated.
In the manga, Cabba faces off against Caulifla and Kale - who have been taken over by Oren and Kamin. Even as a Super Saiyan Cabba is completely overwhelmed by the duo but Vegeta and Future Trunks arrive to save him, also freeing Caulifla and Kale from corruption. Caulifla promptly takes the Potara earrings from Shin so that she and Kale can become Kefla. Kefla takes on Kamin and Oren, telling the others to go and aid Hit, who is facing a greater threat.
Hit engages Zamasu
Hit and Fused Zamasu are engaged in combat, with Hit managing to keep up thanks to his Time-Skip, but making no real head way thanks to Zamasu's immortality. Hearts appears and reads Hit's mind to find that the strongest mortal is Jiren of Universe 11, so he decides they will head there. Hit attempts to attack Hearts but fails to land a blow, thanks to Hearts' reading where he will attack from, Zamasu then finishes off Hit by stabbing him through the back with his energy blade and the two leave.
In both media, At Zeno's Palace, Goku, now in similar attire to the Grand Priest, prepares to return to aid his friends.
Hearts vs. Jiren! Fierce Battles in Universe 11
Oren takes over Vegeta's body
In the anime, Vegeta and Future Trunks teleport to a planet in Universe 11 to find it ravaged from the recent battles. Oren, having followed the Saiyans there takes over as host of Vegeta's body, undergoing a Strongest Form 1 stage where he easily takes down Super Saiyan Trunks with Smash Break. Nearby Cunber begins his battle with Jiren but the pair appear to be evenly matched in combat though Cunber says that he will not be beaten as he transforms into a Super Saiyan 3 Full Power. When Hearts appears he tells Oren to battle Jiren saying that Cunber has done enough for now and with a snap of his fingers sends Cunber ahead to Universe 3.
Autonomous Ultra Instinct -Sign- Goku
As Jiren continues to battle Oren, Kamin soon wishes to join in on the action, as well as Fused Zamasu. Jiren engages Zamasu who are both able to swiftly dodge each others attacks. Trunks returns and takes a swipe at Zamasu but soon finds himself beaten and on the verge of being killed by Oren but they notice a beam of light coming down from above and Goku and the Grand Minister appear from it. Goku saves Trunks using his Ultra Instinct -Sign- form which he now appears to have gained control of during his training with the Grand Minister, who watches the fight before he heads back to Zeno's Palace. As Jiren continues to fend off Zamasu, an agitated Oren attempts to attack Goku again though he easily dodges every attack and counters with a sharp punch that separates Oren from Vegeta and then blasts away an incoming Kamin.
Hearts attacking Goku with a Glass Barrier
Hearts looks down on Goku and smirks as Goku coolly stares him down prepared to face him next. Goku moves towards Hearts and confirms his identity just as Oren and Kamin try to attack him. Goku dodges every attack thrown his direction and easily overwhelms them. After they are knocked down once again, they merge together to become Kamioren and note that one of Goku's retaliatory kicks does not have the same impact as it did just moments ago. Jiren meanwhile continues to battle Fused Zamasu and engulfs his whole being in a large energy attack. However Zamasu emerges undamaged and explains that he is invincible just before charging back into battle. From above, Hearts summons Lagss who appears within a barrier of glass shards and he proceeds to use his gravitational powers to move the pointed end of the barrier towards Goku who exerts a considerable effort to stop it in it's tracks.
Vegeta vs. Kamioren
Trunks and Vegeta attempt to assist Goku but Kamioren intercepts them first. After exerting more strength, Goku shatters the barrier but reverts to his base form in the process. Lagss uses her powers to send the broken pieces of the barrier at Goku and badly injures him. At the same time, Vegeta tells his son to stand back as he transforms into a Super Saiyan Blue and battles Kaminoren. He is soon struck to the ground but quickly comes back going another stage higher into Super Saiyan God SS Evolved, charging back in for more.
Vegeta uses the Final Flash against Kamioren
An injured Goku watches Vegeta fight Kamioren when Lagss prepares another glass attack against him, but Trunks steps in to save Goku and confronts Lagss. Vegeta gains the upper hand against Kamioren, with the Tuffle surprised at the Saiyan prince’s power. Jiren continues to beat down Fused Zamasu. However, Zamasu emerges with all of his wounds healed and mocks Jiren’s efforts. Vegeta fires a Final Flash at Kamioren with the blast being strong enough to undo their fusion. Kamin and Oren are shocked that their fusion was defeated.
Goku turns into a Super Saiyan
Lagss prepares an attack on Trunks, but Goku pushes him out of the way, taking the attack and being wounded. Hearts tells Lagss to assist Cunber in Universe 3, saying that she is the only one capable of doing so. Goku asks if Hearts is ready to fight. Hearts reads Goku’s mind, telling Goku that he knows that the Saiyan’s “silver aura” is incomplete, and he will draw out that power and defeat him. Goku transforms and charges at Hearts, but is weighed down by Hearts’s Gravity Burst, which also hits Trunks. Vegeta notices and charges at Hearts, but is also weighed down and reverts to base form. Goku attempts to keep fighting but at that moment, Shin appears from a beam of light and tells Goku to use Instant Transmission. Hearts, shocked, stops the Gravity Burst, allowing Goku to teleport to Vegeta and Trunks away.
Cooler, modified and under Fu's control
Fused Zamasu recognizes the Supreme Kai, and Hearts decides that their next destination will be Universe 7, as the Universe Seed has enough energy from the 11th. Jiren tries to stop the two, but is trapped in an Energy Cube by Hearts and is frozen. In a remote location, Fu is in a laboratory, noting that everyone is making his experiment more exciting. He then notes that it is almost time for another warrior’s grand entrance, that warrior being the modified Meta-Cooler.
Goku saves Shin
In the manga, Cunber has already arrived at Universe 11 and is battling Top and Dyspo with his Super Saiyan 3 form. Hearts, Fused Zamasu and Oren then arrive, with Vegeta and Future Trunks appearing soon after. Vegeta turns Super Saiyan Blue and attempts to attack hearts but cannot land a blow, Trunks and Zamasu engage in combat, Dyspo goes after Oren and Top resumes his battle with Cunber.
Finding himself at a disadvantage against the speedster, Oren breaks away from him and takes over Vegeta, with Hearts taking down Dyspo as he does so. Cunber and Zamasu also take down Top and Trunks, leaving only Shin remaining. Hearts approaches Shin and fires a blast at him to kill him, however Goku arrives and saves Shin, attaining Ultra Instinct -Sign- he heads to fight Hearts, however he is intercepted by Oren Vegeta, with the shock of seeing Vegeta possessed taking Goku out of Ultra Instinct. However Vegeta immediately goes on to force Oren from his body and stands side by side with Goku to fight the Core Area Warriors.
Goku battles Cunber
Goku becomes Super Saiyan God and charges at Hearts, however the battle is short as Cunber immediately rushes Goku, prompting him to transform into Super Saiyan Blue. Meanwhile Oren and Vegeta begin to fight, with Vegeta also becoming Super Saiyan God he gains an edge over Oren. At that moment Kamin and Lagss arrive, they give Hearts the Universal Release Device that was developed in Universe 3 and explain that Lagss dealt with all of their opposition their easily. Kamin heads to the battle between Oren and Vegeta, disappointed in Oren she forcefully fuses with him into Kamioren and they battle Vegeta, who is forced to become Super Saiyan Blue. Lagss attempts to interfere but is stopped by Dyspo, while Top forces Cunber out of his battle with Goku.
Hearts begins to leave to head to Universe 7, leaving Zamasu in charge of the situation, Vegeta tries to stop Hearts from leaving but is too late. Top and Cunber begin to fight seriously against each other, with Top becoming a God of Destruction while Cunber unleashes the full power of Super Saiyan 3. Trunks engages Zamasu while Shin takes Goku and Vegeta to chase after Hearts to Universe 7. Seeing that the conflict is escalating, Kamioren decides to use some of the power of the Universe Seed.
Ultimate Kamioren arrives
Trunks and Zamasu battle, with Trunks asking Zamasu how he can possibly still be alive, Zamasu asks his nemesis if he forgot about his immortality. Meanwhile Top attempts to take down Cunber with his Energy of Destruction, but the gigantic Saiyan is able to hold his attack back with his fist. Lagss has also disappeared, leaving Dyspo to watch his ally fight Cunber and hope that the destruction will not reach the nearby cities. Suddenly the battles all come to a halt as Kamioren comes crashing down in their ultimate form. Kamioren tells Zamasu not to complain, as despite having become this powerful they only used a little of the Universe Seed's power. With their new might, Kamioren knocks down Top and Cunber with a single swipe. As Kamioren prepares to kill Top, Dyspo pleads for his friend to wake up.
As it looks as though the Core Area Warriors have won, Jiren finally arrives and easily defeats Kamioren, defusing them back into Kamin and Oren. The heavily injured Cunber staggers to his feet and weakly demands Jiren fight him, however he is suddenly dragged through a space-time portal.
Universe 7: The Final Battle Saga
The Dragon Team together in Universe 7
In the anime, the Core Area Warriors arrive in Universe 7 ready to cause more destruction but find the Dragon Team there ready to stop them. The Saiyans, Goku, Vegeta and Future Trunks transform into Super Saiyan and everyone charges into battle. While Trunks targets Zamasu, the twins Oren and Kamin hold off Vegeta wanting revenge for their previous defeat. Android 17 and Piccolo quickly intervene and tell Vegeta to go on ahead and help Trunks. After Oren acknowledges his new opponents strength, Oren battles Android 17 while Kamin battles Piccolo. Goku meanwhile goes on to attack Hearts but is easily overpowered, being slammed towards the ground repeatedly.

Golden Meta-Cooler
Elsewhere Fu watches the confrontation in Universe 7 unfold on his monitors until he is made aware of Meta-Cooler's victory over Lagss in Universe 3. Meta-Cooler attempts to finish her off when he is caught off guard by Cunber who transforms into a Super Saiyan 3 to continue their fight. As the fight progresses, Cooler transforms into Golden Meta-Cooler. Cunber fires a barrage of energy blasts but they have no affect on Cooler as he charges forward overwhelms his opponent. Meta-Cooler charges up three separate Supernova blasts but appears to have a malfunction at the side of his face, he hurls the blasts at Cunber before retreating in pain. Cunber unsteadily gets to his feet before collapsing once again. Fu notes that Meta-Cooler had overheated but he gathered a lot of useful intel.
Cunber without his mask
In the manga, after having been pulled through a space time portal, Cunber lands in a water-filled cavern and is pit against the now mechanized Cooler by Fu to test Cooler's power. Despite Cunber's injuries, Cooler says he will not hold back and becomes Golden Meta-Cooler - delighting Fu. With his Golden form Cooler easily overwhelms and further injures Super Saiyan Cunber and prepares to finish him with a quadruple Golden Supernova, Cunber defiantly transforms into a Super Saiyan 3 and takes the four energy balls head on. Cunber survives the attack but is now badly burnt and reverted to his base form, he meekly asks Cooler to fight him before falling to the ground unconscious. Fu congratulates Cooler, as well as Cunber for fighting well - but deems the Saiyan retired from his plans.
In the anime, back in Universe 7 the battle continues. Oren and Kamin merge once more into Kamioren. Just then the Universe Seed begins to shine. Hearts removes his coat power ups. Hearts says that soon the Universe Seed will be complete. Goku stands back up, ready for another round of battle.
Goku fights back
Hearts charges at Goku and unleashes a barrage of punches that push him across the city. Goku powers up into a Super Saiyan Blue and continue fighting with the two now proving to be more evenly matched. Hearts tells him that he has read his mind, determining that he seeks out strong opponents of which he can satisfy. He throws Goku to the ground who returns fire with a barrage of energy blasts though Hearts is able to halt their movement and send them back. The two continue their fierce fight for a while before stopping to acknowledge that neither is going all out.
Hearts begins to fire several small Energy Cubes at Goku which he evades and destroys. When Hearts fires an energy blast, Goku grabs it and throws it back. Now beginning to have the advantage, Goku finishes off with a powerful Kamehameha that overwhelms Hearts.
Kamioren after being hit by the Special Beam Cannon
Meanwhile Piccolo and Android 17 work together to battle Kamioren. When Kamioren fires an energy barrage at the pair, Android 17 uses his Android Barrier to protect them but it eventually shatters. Piccolo however having taken the opportunity to charge up a powerful Special Beam Cannon, fires a hole right through Kamioren. Though Kamioren regenerates from the wound, it becomes enrages and lets off a mighty explosion. Hearts gets back on his feet and uses his gravitational powers to pull Goku towards him and taunts him. Hearts uses the Gravity Fist and the two begin fighting once more but now Hearts holds a significant advantage. Telling Goku to tremble at his power, Hearts starts powering up further.
Hearts with his cubes
Hearts draws his energy cubes towards himself and charges at Goku hard enough to knock him to the ground and out of his Super Saiyan Blue form. Hearts tortures and mocks him by asking if he can make the fight more exciting. Meanwhile Kamioren continues to gloats over their own strength after letting off a powerful energy wave only to find that Android 17 had protected both himself and Piccolo by using his Android Barrier. The two unleash an assault on Kamioren that causes them to begin to crack apart.
Kamioren after merging with the Universe Seed
Hearts, noticing his ally at a disadvantage, decides to give them more power. Using his energy cubes, he shrinks the Universe Seed down and sends it and merges it with Kamioren. The power up from having absorbed the Universe Seed's gathered energy causes their appearance to change, having now become giant in size. Kamioren fires another energy blast at Piccolo and Android 17 and though they are able to fly out of the way in time, Kamioren destroys much of the city. Vegeta and Trunks then abandon their fight with Zamasu in order to assist the others.
The Dragon Team face off against Kamioren
Android 17 and Piccolo try attacking Kamioren though to no affect and are easily swatted away. They make it back to their feet where Vegeta and Trunks attack along with them but once again to no affect before being taken down with another energy blast. When Kamioren goes in to attack, Goku suddenly intervenes and tries valiantly to fight back but is overpowered. Caught in Kamioren's grip, Goku struggles but explodes into his Autonomous Ultra Instinct -Sign- state. Kamioren once more fires the same energy blast directly at Goku only to find him unharmed. Goku now in a higher state of power prepares to fight the giant once again.
Goku in Ultra Instinct
Kamioren throws a punch at Goku which he dodges. Goku lands a powerful kick to his opponents forehead which causes them to stagger. Kamioren fires a Mouth Energy Wave but Goku is able to stop the blast in it's tracks and sends it back. After dodging more strikes, Goku retaliates with a combination that puts Kamioren down. However Kamioren finally catches Goku with a blast, though he withstands it, and emerges in his complete Autonomous Ultra Instinct state. Dodging a series of attacks, Goku grabs a hold of Kamioren and spins them around before slamming them hard to the ground.
Hearts with the completed Universe Seed
Goku fires a energy barrage at Kamioren and Vegeta, Piccolo, Trunks and Android 17 join in. Goku follows up with a Kamehameha which causes the red bio-gem in Kamioren's chest to begin to crack, Goku charges forward and punches the gem and it, along with Kamioren, shatters into pieces. Exhausted of energy, Goku reverts to his base state. Hearts summons the Universe Seed towards him, saying that it is now in it's completed state. Saying that Kamin and Oren's death will not be in vain, Hearts joins with the Universe Seed while Fused Zamasu watches on, eager to see what the result will be.
Fused Zamasu smiles
Hearts' gravity cubes draw towards him, encasing him and turn into a single giant orange cube. Vegeta goes to blast it but it is deflected by Fused Zamasu. Goku and the others try to blast him but he deflects them also. Trunks asks why someone who wants to kill all mortals would defend Hearts and Zamasu tells him it is because he will destroy Zeno allowing him to execute his Zero Mortal Plan. Zamasu uses the Hammer of Judgment rains down a series of sharp energy blasts at them all and with a single blow each he takes everyone down.
Hit and Jiren arrive in Universe 7
Goku regroups himself and goes on the offensive but finds himself at a disadvantage when Zamasu grabs his arm and pins it behind his back. Just then Jiren appears and kicks Zamasu off of Goku, having been sent there by his Supreme Kai. Jiren blasts at Zamasu though he deflects using his Violent Fierce God Slicer and creates a Barrier of Light to retaliate but is suddenly caught up in a Time-Skip as Hit appears before him. Hit joins Goku and Jiren's side and explains that his Supreme Kai had hired him.
Ultimate Godslayer Hearts
Just then the Universe Seed crumbles and Hearts appears in a newly powered up form. Turning towards Zamasu and praising him for the work he has done up till now, he cruelly reminds him that he is out to kill the gods. Hearts summons a mass of gravity cubes that surround Zamasu before shrinking them out of existence. Hearts then claims himself as being the Ultimate Godslayer. Meanwhile at Zeno's Palace, the Grand Minister senses the events transpiring on Earth. As everyone prepares to face the newly powered up Hearts. Hearts sends forth several small green orbs that encircle and rotate around the group. With a click of his fingers, the orbs strike at and enclose the heroes in an ever tightening space. Hearts leaps into action himself and takes each member of the group down with one strike per combatant, sending them crashing to the ground before having the orbs return to him.
Goku charges into battle
As everyone returns to their feet, Goku is the first to charge back in for more as a Super Saiyan Blue. However his momentum is halted by Hearts who tells him that he can see everything, including his movements and his heart, before sending him rocketing backwards where Goku reverts to base form. Hit and Jiren charge in together but share the same fate as Goku. Hearts performs the Gravity Finale, sending a swarm of energy cubes up beneath everyone's feet. Unable to escape, the cubes damage them, and as the cubes go up into the sky they form together to become a single giant orange cube. Hearts brings the cube down heavily on the group, causing them to collapse once again. Hearts unleashes a powerful wave of energy that severely damages the surrounding area and the helpless heroes below.
Gogeta vs. Hearts
Once more, the group struggles to get to their feet with Piccolo saying that they can not run away as the power that Hearts contains could destroy the entire universe. Jiren and Hit rush in for the second time, throwing a barrage of attacks but being unable to land. Goku flies over to Vegeta and suggests fusing as they did once before as he is not sure when his Ultra Instinct will become available again. As Vegeta reluctantly agrees and begins the process of fusing with Goku, Piccolo, Future Trunks and Android 17 jump into battle with Hearts to buy the two Saiyans some time. Swatting his enemies away, Hearts see's the newly formed Gogeta and asks who he is. Laughing at Gogeta for believing that he could possibly defeat him, Gogeta smirks and asks him for some fun.
Gogeta stops Hearts punch
Hearts laughs at the idea that such a transformation could defeat him and telling the others that they are in his way, Hearts unleashes his Green Orbs that pummels everyone and sends out of the battle. Gogeta powers up into Super Saiyan Blue and approaches Hearts who welcomes Gogeta to attack him and so he launches forward with a mighty punch but Hearts merely grabs Gogeta's fist. However after powering up more, he hits Hearts in the face. Annoyed, Hearts powers up himself and several tiny energy cubes appear and swirl around his fists at blinding speed. Gogeta beckons Hearts to come at him and he charges in swinging, sending out torrents of energy at the same time which forces the other warriors to have to dodge. When Hearts starts firing a barrage of energy blasts, Gogeta is able to fly through and avoid them all before landing yet another powerful punch on Hearts.
Hearts summons a God Meteor into Earth's atmosphere
After Gogeta strikes Hearts again, impressed by Gogeta's power, Hearts asks Gogeta to join him in his goal to kill Zeno for mortal freedom but Gogeta refuses his offer. Hearts asks how he will deal with his next attack. Hearts hovers higher into the air and amplifies the gravity to force the others on the ground to be unable to move. Just then a God Meteor is summoned into Earth's atmosphere. Hearts teleports behind it and begins to send it toward his enemies below with only Gogeta standing in it's way. As Hearts’s God Meteor approaches, Gogeta uses an energy ball in an attempt to destroy it. Declaring the end, Hearts adds more power to the meteor. Future Trunks states that if the meteor lands, Earth will be destroyed. Piccolo then jumps in to help Gogeta, along with Jiren.

Gogeta unleashes a powerful Kamehameha blast to fight Hearts’s meteor. Gogeta struggles against it, while Hearts mocks the fusion, stating that he is the universe incarnate. Hit and Jiren then come to Gogeta’s aid, and the three warriors launch a blast powerful enough to destroy the meteor. Gogeta charges at Hearts and the two warriors punch each other, but Gogeta’s punch is more effective. Gogeta then unleashes a massive gut punch, destroying the Universe Seed and effectively defeating Hearts. As his body starts to fade away, he tells Gogeta that Zeno could destroy the universe with a single thought, and that he only wanted to liberate all mortals in order to give them true freedom. He states that warriors like Gogeta surpassed their limits, and that he has grown to appreciate mortals. Hearts, with a smile on his face, fades away completely as Gogeta looks on with a somber expression on his face.
Gogeta with Jiren and Hit
Outside of Zeno's Palace, the Grand Minister gives his regards to everyone who stopped Hearts. Inside of the palace, both of the Omni-Kings are busy playing a game of hide-and-seek, while Beerus and Champa look away in embarrassment. Back on Earth, Hit states that his job is done. Jiren asks Gogeta why Goku and Vegeta didn't fuse in the Tournament of Power. Before Gogeta can respond, he runs out of time and defuses back to Goku and Vegeta. Vegeta angrily responds that he didn’t want to fuse with Goku, while Goku claims that next time he will handle it himself. At a remote location, Fu thanks Hearts for showing him great results of universal formation. With a smirk on his face, Fu decides it’s time for his next experiment.
Game Version
Some events occur only in the game version of this saga.
- Whis takes Vegeta and Future Trunks back to Earth, where they encounter the Core Area Warriors. Kamin and Oren attack them before being stopped by Hearts, but the battle gives Kamin and Oren the idea to attack Universe 6.
- Whis is unable to help Vegeta and Future Trunks because the Gods of Destruction and Angels have been called to a meeting, so Shin takes them to Universe 6.
- In Universe 6:
- Oren and Kamin take over all of the Saiyans, including Cabba, and they attack Vegeta and Future Trunks.
- Cabba is freed from Oren and Kamin's control, and asks Vegeta to train with him.
- Caulifla and Kale take Shin's Potara and fuse into Kefla.
- Vegeta fights Oren and Kamin again, who explain their backstory to Vegeta.
- Fused Zamasu appears and attacks Trunks and Vegeta, who are assisted by Kefla. Though Kefla forces Fused Zamasu to fight seriously, she is overpowered.
- Hit steps in to save Kefla, and he and Vegeta team up to battle Fused Zamasu, Oren and Kamin.
- Hearts cuts the fight short and reads Hit's mind to learn that he considers Jiren the strongest person in the universes.
- In Universe 11:
- Top (in his base and God of Destruction Mode) and Dyspo battle Super Saiyan 3 Cunber and Fused Zamasu.
- Oren and Kamin Tuffleize Caulifla and Kale, and so Vegeta and Future Trunks fight them. They force Oren and Kamin out of Caulfila and Kale's bodies, but Oren tuffleizes Vegeta instead.
- Goku arrives in Grand Minister's attire, and transforms into Ultra Instinct -Omen- to fight Super Oren. Vegeta forces Oren out of his body and Goku, after powering back down, explains how he escaped the exploding Prison Planet.
- Fused Zamasu defeats Top and Dyspo, but the pair are saved by Jiren.
- Goku has a rematch with Cunber, but is unable to transform back into Ultra Instinct.
- Super Full Power Jiren challenges Cunber, Hearts and Fused Zamasu. Cunber powers up further into Super Saiyan 3 Full Power, ripping off his shirt, but the trio are defeated. Kamin reports from Universe 3 that the Universe Seed is finished, and the group leave, pursued by Vegeta, Future Trunks and Shin.
- In Universe 3:
- Paparoni allies with Hearts, and sends Anilaza and the brainwashed Catopesra to battle the heroes. They are intercepted by Ribrianne, who aims to free Catopesra from his brainwashing.
- Lagss arrives to fight the heroes, and Hearts explains her origins. Kamin and Oren join the fight, fusing into Kamioren, but Vegeta transforms into Super Saiyan God SS Evolved and defeats the pair.
- Majin Ozotto arrives searching for Lagss, running into Future Trunks. After a brief battle, Ozotto leaves.
- Vegeta and Future Trunks attack Hearts, Kamioren and Lagss but are unable to defeat the group.
- Hearts leaves for Universe 7, hoping to draw in the victorious universes from the Tournament of Power to power the Universe Seed. Shin takes Vegeta and Future Trunks there, commenting that Zeno would be likely to destroy all the universes if he lound out what was going on.
- In Universe 7:
- Goku, Vegeta and Future Trunks arrive in Universe 7, and fight the Core Area Warriors.
- Fu appears with Meta-Cooler, but leaves before Hearts can read his mind. Meta-Cooler transforms into Golden Meta-Cooler, and attacks Cunber.
- Jiren and Hit arrive to assist the heroes, having been requested to help by Shin.
- Hearts powers up into Super Hearts, and he and Super Saiyan 3 Full Power Cunber battle Goku, Golden Meta-Cooler, Jiren and Hit. Meta-Cooler overheats, calming down Cunber.
- After being defeated by the heroes, Kamioren absorbs the incomplete Universe Seed and transforms into their Ultimate Form. They fire their Blaze Breath at Goku, who fires back with a Kamehameha. Kamioren's attack overpowers Goku's, but Goku emerges from the explosion in Ultra Instinct.
- Goku and the group destroy Kamioren, releasing the Universe Seed; now fully powered.
- Vegeta, Trunks and Jiren fight Fused Zamasu, who proclaims that with Zeno defeated there will be nobody to stop the Zero Mortals Plan. Hit intercedes, revealing that he had been hired by Shin to kill Zamasu, and takes over the fight.
- The group fight and defeat Lagss, but are stopped by the arrival of Majin Ozotto. Ozotto fights the group, and seizes his chance to absorb the defeated Lagss to gain her abilities before leaving.
- Hearts absorbs the completed Universe Seed to transform into his Ultimate Form.
Anime and Manga differences
- In the anime, Xeno Goku and Xeno Vegeta are shown leaving, they do not appear in the manga.
- In the anime, Fuwa tells Vegeta and the others of the urgent matter going down in Universe 6 and teleports Vegeta and Trunks to Sadala. In the manga, Fuwa is not present but is instead mentioned and Shin teleports Vegeta and Trunks to Universe 6 along with himself.
- In the manga, Cabba battles against a Tuffleized Kale and Caulifla and is saved by the appearance of Vegeta and Trunks. In the anime, Cabba does not fight and instead Kale and Caulifla battle Oren and Kamin and are later Tuffleized.
- In the anime, Hit is part of the battle with Oren and Kamin. In the manga, he is elsewhere fighting Fused Zamasu and Hearts alone.
- Kefla battles Oren and Kamin in the manga, while she does not appear in the anime.
- In the manga Fused Zamasu delivers a fatal blow to Hit before heading to Universe 11.
- Top is defeated off-screen by Cunber in the anime, whereas in the manga he has a long battle with Cunber with the two eventually using God of Destruction Mode and Super Saiyan 3 Full Power respectively.
- Dyspo appears in the manga, fighting to protect Universe 11, but does not appear in the anime.
- In the anime Cunber is sent away to Universe 3 by Hearts while he is fighting Jiren, while in the manga he remains in Universe 11 through the whole saga.
- In the anime, Oren takes over Vegeta as soon as he arrives to Universe 11, while in the anime he catches him off guard while he is fighting Hearts.
- In the manga Hearts attempts to kill Shin but is stopped by Goku. In the anime Shin only shows up to Warp the Z Fighters out of Universe 11.
- In the manga, in Universe 11 Goku drops out of Ultra Instinct -Sign- due to the shock of seeing Vegeta possessed, while in the anime it is due to a combo attack by Hearts and Lagss.
- In the manga, Goku uses Super Saiyan God during a brief battle with Hearts in Universe 11, the fight is interrupted by Super Saiyan 3 Cunber, so Goku transforms into Super Saiyan Blue to battle him.
- Super Saiyan God Vegeta has a brief battle with Oren in the manga.
- Lagss and Kamin are the ones who went to Universe 3 in the manga, with Lagss using her Glassification to deal with their opposition - including the likes of Nigrissi and Narirama. In the anime Lagss and Cunber are the ones who go to Universe 3, and are defeated by Meta-Cooler.
- In the anime, Kamin and Oren willingly fuse together into Kamioren, while in the manga Kamin forces Oren to fuse with her.

- In the manga Jiren arrives much later and is the one who takes down Ultimate Kamioren. In the anime it is Goku who defeats Kamioren.
