Twin Cannon was named and first appeared in Dragon Ball Fusions as a Special Move used by Turles. It can also be acquired from Turles by his EX-Fusion, Tutz. It can be learned by Lisee, Edamay, and Saiyan Galactic Patroller Tyber who can learn it after reaching Level 25, while Lisee, Edamay, and Turles can learn it by default as they require no level to learn it.
