"Turn Into Candy! A Hungry Majin's Bizarre Power!" (お菓か子しになっちゃえ！腹はらペコ魔ま人じんの不ぶ気き味みパワー, Okashi ni Natchae! Hara Peko Majin no Bukimi Pawā, lit. "Turn Into Candy! The Hungry Majin's Eerie Power") is the one hundred eighteenth episode in Japan and the one hundred twenty-fifth episode internationally of Dragon Ball Z Kai. This episode first aired in Japan on August 24, 2014. Its original American airdate was July 22, 2017.

Summary

Majin Buu beats Shin up, unaffected by his counterattack, and blows Gohan away when he comes to Supreme Kai's rescue. Meanwhile, on the battlefield, Vegeta witnesses that Gohan is killed, because he couldn't sense his ki and decides to blow up Babidi's Spaceship. Meanwhile, Babidi orders Buu to kill Supreme Kai, but at that moment Dabura pierces Buu with a spear. Meanwhile, Goten and Trunks arrive at the location of Babidi's ship, and Trunks accidentally breaks the stone Piccolo. Dabura tells Babidi that Buu would one day betray him, so he preemptively killed him. However, not even Dabura’s attacks damage Buu, and he turns Dabura into a cookie and eats him. With Dabura’s death, Krillin returns to normal. Even Piccolo, who was broken by Trunks, safely regenerates as his head was left intact. Meanwhile, as Buu and Babidi are about to finish off Supreme Kai, Babidi’s spaceship suddenly explodes.

• The broadcast version of the next episode preview was cut down from 30 seconds to 15 seconds, as the end featured a 15-second promotion narrated by Luffy for the upcoming One Piece "3D2Y" TV special that aired 30 August 2014 on Fuji TV. The promotion featured a humorous lead-in from Krillin, telling fans to listen to Luffy, as both characters are voiced by Mayumi Tanaka.
