The Tsumisumbri Mountains
Tsumisumbri Mountains are a mountain range in the north on Earth. It is so cold the ice cannot be melted. Dr. Kochin and Dr. Wheelo had a base on these mountains which was frozen over, caused by an avalanche which some believe was a punishment from the Heavens. These mountains appear in the Dragon Ball Z movie, Dragon Ball Z: The World's Strongest. Gohan and Oolong search for the Dragon Balls, but find that they have been gathered in the mountains before they could reach them. Shenron was summoned by Dr. Kochin to wish that his mentor, Dr. Wheelo, would be released from the unmeltable ice.
