"Move behind your opponent, time skip and then attack them. Press Control Stick to move in front of them."
Hit uses Time-Skip to freeze his opponent in time momentarily, allowing him to appear behind his opponent and land a hard kick to their gut area.
Hit used this attack numerous times in his battle with Goku during the Tournament of Destroyers. When the fight started, Goku repeatedly tried to attack Hit in order to properly gauge his usage of the Time-Skip. Hit used the Time-Skip/Tremor Pulse to counter Goku's initial attack and landing a hard blow on him. Goku shook off the attack and continued to attack Hit. When Goku understood how the Time-Skip worked, he ended up predicting Hit's movements during his Time-Skip usage duration and successfully blocked his attacks.
