"Fly and then time skip before attacking an opponent. The longer you charge the move, the farther you'll fly."
Hit uses his Time-Skip and charges directly towards the opponent. While skipping timen, Hit goes for a strike to his opponent's face, which has enough force to knock them back.
Hit used this attack numerous times in his battles with the Super Saiyan Blue Vegeta and Goku during the Tournament of Destroyers. Hit first demonstrated his use of the Time-Skip to use this attack to strike Vegeta, leaving the Saiyan prince unable to counter. Most notably, this attack was used after Goku challenged Hit to use his Time-Skip directly after transforming into Super Saiyan Blue. Goku was able to successfully predict where Hit would attack and counter the Time-Skip/Jump Spike as he kicked Hit away although Hit still managed to scrape Goku's cheek.

— Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 Tutorial description
This attack was named and first appeared in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 as one of Hit's Super Skills in his Suit 2 (also known as Hit (Awoken)) Skillset which is available after the Version 1.05.00 Update. As part of the Super Pack 1 DLC, the Future Warrior can learn this Super Skill by completing School Quest: "Lesson 2" of Hit's Training. Interestingly, it is mistakenly referred to as Time-Skip/Back Breaker in the Plot description for Lesson 2, despite the skill itself being listed correctly in the Basic Rewards section.
