Kame-Sen’nin wants to know what these guys are doing here at his island, and the officer compliments the radar he invented, calling him doctor. “Doctor? Me?” The officer thinks he’s playing dumb, and wants his troops to investigate. Kame-Sen’nin asks who they are, and he says they are the Red Ribbon Army. Kame-Sen’nin’s heard of them, bad people, hate justice, etc. Then a soldier comes out of the house holding Lunch at gun point, and Kame-Sen’nin asks why they came. The officer explains that the two Dragon Balls the kid had were tracked here on their radar. Kame-Sen’nin asks Lunch if there’s any Dragon Balls here, and she says they might be in the house.

The officer replies that they are the Red Ribbon Army, and Master Roshi acknowledges that he has heard of them. Another soldier then emerges from the house with "good" Launch and announces that no one but her is in the house. Master Roshi asks what the Army wants and Captain Dark demands the two Dragon Balls that Goku left, as well as the Dragon Radar. Master Roshi inquires what they plan to do with the Dragon Balls and the officer informs him that it is not any of his business.

After some more idle talk, Kame-Sen’nin says he’s going to fight them, and punches the officer hard in the gut. He kicks another guy in the face, and whacks another one with his staff. Next, Kame-Sen’nin jumps up and kicks two guys at once, and then runs between two more and kicks one in the stomach while elbowing the other in the stomach. He then leaps up and elbows another guy in the back of the neck. Another soldier starts shooting at him with a machine gun, but Kame-Sen’nin catches all the bullets, then kicks him.

Roshi asks what they will do if he resists and Dark chuckles and says that they will kill him. Master Roshi then declares that he will fight, and proceeds to blithely beat up Dark and a great deal of other soldiers. Another soldier then holds a gun to Launch's head and shouts at Master Roshi to stop and hand over the Dragon Balls. Master Roshi accedes, but Turtle surreptitiously tickles Launch's nose with a plant to make her sneeze.
There’s only one dude left, and he has a gun to Lunch’s head. As he threatens to kill her, Umigame comes along with a palm tree branch and starts tickling her nose. The dude’s pissed about the “shit woman” sneezing on him, and then “Bad” Lunch gets pissed, breaks free, and uppercuts him. She starts swearing at him and kicking him while he’s on the ground, and then gives him the finger as Kame-Sen’nin pulls her away. Then they spot one last dude, and Kame-Sen’nin asks him to take his knocked out friends away.

Meanwhile, General Blue leads Red Ribbon A Company, and they have entered a cave as they chase Goku and friends. Bulma notices they’re gaining on them with their smaller boat, and a soldier wonders if they shouldn’t fire a torpedo, but Blue thinks that would be unpleasant. And the cave might, uh, cave in. Blue’s troops keep chasing them, until they surface. Goku thinks they’re back outside, until Bulma explains otherwise and they run away. Blue’s two subs surface, too, and as the troops chase them, a soldier tells Blue that B Company is on the radio. Blue can’t believe they’ve been wiped out. Goku stops, since he doesn’t see why they’re running, since he can just beat them up… and so he decides to do so.

Meanwhile, Goku, Bulma, and Krillin have been chased into a cave by General Blue's squad. The squad avoids firing torpedoes in fear of bringing the cave down and thus continues chasing. Goku and company surface at a part of the cave with air, abandoning the ship and escaping on foot. General Blue then receives a radio message from the other squad, and is shocked to discover it has been decimated. Goku suddenly comes to the decision that they should fight instead of run, ignoring Bulma and Krillin's protests that the Army has guns. General Blue, however, tells his men to halt, stating that the enemy is more fearsome than he expected. Goku is curious as to why the Army has not come after them yet, but Bulma stops him from investigating it on the grounds that it could be a trap, and the trio proceed through the cave. General Blue then announces that he will cleverly destroy Goku, Bulma, Krillin, Roshi, and Launch.
The soldiers are all called back, and Blue explains that this is no ordinary enemy. One guy thinks nothing of this brat, and Blue yells that it’s the same boy who wiped out Silver Company and White Company. The other members of his group, an old man and a woman, wiped out B Company. Goku thinks it strange nobody’s coming, and so the three of them decide to move on. Blue says he can handle the five of them.
