Summary[]

After Katayude and his special team of government police arrive at Omori's Island, they meet up with Omori, where Katayude and Omori begin to greet each other. Soon after, Katayude calls out for the "Masked Man" but Omori plays dumbs by pretending that there is no such "Masked Man" on the island. Due to Jaco's deep contempt of the name, Jaco decides to answer Katayude, making himself discovered, much to Omori's disappointment in him for not keeping his presence hidden. Jaco yells out to Katayude from a distance that he won't come out if addressed as "Masked Man", rather preferring to be called a "Super Elite", prompting Katayude to agree to address him as such, on the condition he would come out of wherever he's hiding. Jaco jumps out of his hiding spot and does a pose in front of everyone in the dock which extremely surprises Katayude and his group. Omori then asks Jaco why he came out of hiding and Jaco replies that he wants to talk to them about something.

Jaco apologizes to Katayude and his group for mistakenly attacking the policemen from earlier and goes as far as to claim that since he apogized they should be grateful for his apology to them. Jaco also made a request to the group that they should redraw the bad sketch of him to make it more faithful to how he actually looks like since he believes his look to be awesome and because of it they shouldn't have drawn him so badly. Meanwhile, in a distance, the Twinkle 8 can be seen taking off into space which everyone on the dock at Omori's Island eventually notice. Jaco resumes his conversation with Katayude regarding his sketch and Katayude turns his attention back to Jaco. After resuming his attention back to Jaco, he tells that they won't need his sketch any longer, as declares his intent to arrest Jaco, much to Jaco's surprise. Katayude explains that the Special Police Squad is made up of its strongest members and suggest Jaco that he should not resist them but surrender to them quietly. However, Jaco's attention eventually shifts back to the rocket and he is too distracted to listen to Katayude.

Jaco tells Omori that something is wrong with the ship Tights is on, exclaiming that the ship is falling and about to crash. Realizing that the first stage of the ship has already detached, Omori and Jaco are aware that they only have two minutes to save Tights before the rocket crashes back to the ground. Omori asks Jaco if will be able to save Tights, with Jaco replying that he will try to save her. With supersonic speed, Jaco rushes to his ship and then returns with it to take Omori, stating that he'll need his help. However, as Omori tries to get on the spaceship, Katayude fires a warning shot at them to stop Jaco and Omori from leaving, believing that the story about the rocket is only an excuse for them to escape. Jaco is growing increasingly impatient and Omori tries to convince the group that the story is true and that there is a friend on the rocket who is in risk of dying. However, the group still insists that it is a lie and Jaco, annoyed, jumps out of his ship and single handedly takes out Katayude and his group before rushing back to the ship.

Given time lost dealing with the Government Police, Jaco asks Omori about his failed time machine and how long it can freeze time. Omori confirms to Jaco that it can freeze time for about 50 seconds. Jaco then grabs Omori and flies to the location of Omori's failed time machine where they are eventually in the process of operating the time machine and where Omori says that it'll be ready in five seconds. Meanwhile, the government police crawl from the water back to the dock, as they are in disbelief that Jaco beat them so easily. One of Katayude’s lackeys calls from their own ship to confirm that the rocket's second engine has malfunctioned and the rocket has lost control, currently falling toward the direction of East City and exclaims that they should prepare for the worst outcome. Omori turns the machine on and time appears to have temporarily stopped. Omori and Jaco eventually get back into Jaco's spaceship and leave in an attempt to save Tights.
