Terry Klassen
Terry Van Klassen (born March 31, 1957) is a Canadian voice actor/director and writer working for Ocean Productions.
He often voiced diminutive characters, such as Krillin, Appule, Guldo, and Babidi. He was also one of Ocean's many voices for Master Roshi, voicing him in the Westwood-produced portion of the dub.
Some of his most popular roles include Grandfather Otonashi in Maison Ikkaku, Cut Man in Mega Man: The Animated Series, Hachi in the InuYasha franchise, and Sylvester the Cat in Baby Looney Tunes.
