Video game appearances
During the Frieza's Spaceship Time Miniature rifr missions in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2, the Future Warrior can choose to join either Team Zarbon or Team Dodoria while investigating the anomaly as an undercover Time Patroller.
Similar to their respective leaders, the Team Zarbon and Team Dodoria view each other as rivals due to Frieza Force meritocratic command structure. While members of Team Dodoria is considered attractive to the rough and rowdy types, Team Zarbon is favored by the more tactical and intellectual members of the Frieza Force. However due to Zarbon's high standards (which boardline perfectionism) he tends to be disliked by the rank-in-file soldiers who Dodoria is more popular with due to his tendancy to fight alongside his men on the frontlines and habit of holding celebratory feasts after successful missions. By joining either team, the Future Warrior plays a key role in either team gaining better influence within the Frieza Force. However eventually the Future Warrior is given the opportunity to challenge their leader, thus it they chose Team Zarbon, they will challenge Zarbon to a fight in order to gain favor of Frieza and leads to them being given a shot at joining the elite Ginyu Force.
In Kakarot, Team Zarbon consists of a Frieza Force Commando and Frieza Force Officer who effectively fulfill the role's of Banan and Sūi during the game's iterations of the Frieza Saga (which combines the Namek Saga, Captain Ginyu Saga, and Frieza Saga). However due to the Frieza Force Officer lacking an Arm Cannon, he destroys the Nameless Namek's Spaceship with a Ki Blast instead, however both are defeated by Gohan and Krillin.
