Regeneration

Can King Piccolo regenerate? It was never shown, and since he was quite low in power compared to Normal Namekian Soldiers, I am just curious if Namekians need a strong enough power level to regenerate. Think if I went Super Saiyan my goatee would grow? 21:46, July 31, 2011 (UTC)

Keep in mind that Toriyama never thought of mr Piccolo regenerating till Piccolo jr came, he also never thought of Super Saiyan yet (thus it's a 95% chance that Goku would turn into a SSJ after Tambourine killed Kurilin since he was mad enough), also the regenerating costs the namekian's power (as seen with Nail vs Freeza) so no wonder Goku had a O_o face, he probably thought "stupid green man, he weakened himself" about Piccolo jrBH Ouji (talk) 05:32, September 17, 2017 (UTC)

Why are all of king piccolo's sons damed after instruments?

It's just Toriyama's joke trend of naming a group of characters after a given theme, just like Nameks are named after snails/slugs, Saiyans after vegetables or Bulma's family after garments. - Holothurion 15:35, March 28, 2012 (UTC)

Actually saiyans are named after vegetables becuase their boss is named after "freezer" and thus you put vegetables and fruits in a freezer

Garlic jr's men are named after spices: Ginger, Sugar (named after Spice in the funimation dub), Vinegar, Cinnamon, Japanese pepper, Salt, Mustard

Funimation messed in up by adding normal names like Jimmy Firecracker (the ZTV announcer, nameless in the original version), Van Zant (Stupid name, let's call him Dick A**hole instead), Smitty and Scratch (only called "Tama" in filler), not to mention, they claim that Goku's family have no last name, and that "Satan" is Videl's and Mark's last name, and "Briefs" Bulma's family last name (which they aren't)BH Ouji (talk) 05:44, September 17, 2017 (UTC)

Explosive Demon Wave

Isn't it the other way around than it is written in this article? King Piccolo fired a stronger Explosive Demon Wave first, which leveled a city, then, after injuring Goku's leg and knocking away his power pole, he fired a weaker version, which was obvious because it created only a crater, and he even says so it would be weaker. Also, Tien saving Goku's from the wave is not shown at all, or is all that simply filler?85.154.172.135 14:31, May 6, 2013 (UTC)

You know those little bubble things with the pictures of a character and their names under it? Well to me it seems to Mr.King Piccolo had some fan-art taking up that bubble space for him instead of an actual official picture. Explosive Demon Wave Power

The page says that Piccolo claimed that it could destroy 1/43rd the Earth's surface, but there is no linked source and I cannot seem to find it in any version of the fight I have come across. Unless someone can show me that Piccolo did say that, such an arbitrary claim should not be posted on the page. ~Lazergling 14:24, September 16, 2017 (UTC)
