Probably a copy and not a transformation[]
I'm thinking the Gryll we saw at the end of the episode along with his henchmen were all copies like the copy Vegeta. We probably won't know until next episode, but I'm guessing the original Gryll and his henchmen are back where they previously were and missing their powers, at least until the superhuman water versions of them are defeated.
