Regarding the French Dragon Ball theme[]
I want to make a page for the French Dragon Ball theme by Francine Chantereau (and later by Ariane Carletti) considering it doesn't seem to have one, and there does not seem to be any pages covering non-Japanese and non-English themes on this wiki (with the exception of some of the Japanese theme pages having the lyrics for foreign language versions), so I dunno if that's allowed. Unless it's just pages for themes created in another language that were translated to English later on (such as the aforementioned theme being given an English version for the Blue Water dub, which is partly why I wanted to make a page for it) that are allowed, but if pages for themes that weren't created for either the Japanese or English versions aren't allowed at all (probably to avoid clogging up the wiki, which sounds understandable), that's fine.
