So, what nationality is Silver based on?

Ok, we know that, at least in the dub, Red is based on Scotland, Black is based on African, Yellow is based on Australia, White is based on Russia, Blue is based on Germany (Nazi Germany, to be a bit more specific), Tao Pai Pai is based on China, Major Metallitron is based on Austria, Murasaki is Japanese, and Hasky is apparently British. Do we know what exact nationality Silver is based on?

I might say American, but I'd only be guessing. He doesn't really have any American steriotypes, but it seems missing from that list, especially since a lot of the jokes in DB had to do with the USA or at least English words. --==> DragonBall.Z GT Goku  Goku ssj4 gt-openingTalk Contributions. 15:58, May 11, 2010 (UTC)
Come to think of it, didn't Silver have that eagle on his belt? Weedle McHairybug 17:58, May 11, 2010 (UTC)

Ah, good eye, yeah he does have an eagle on his belt. And his clothes are red and blue. I know that's missing the white, but it could be a clue as well. --==> DragonBall.Z GT Goku  Goku ssj4 gt-openingTalk Contributions. 18:04, May 11, 2010 (UTC)

I always thought Silver was Irish based on his hairstyle and hair color. Americans aren't really a race in and of themselves, they're a mass of different races... so Silver's probably Irish by nationality/bloodline as the rest of the aforementioned seem to be from their distinctive races. - Zarbon by raykugen-d2ygchz PrinceZarbon talk contribZarbon ava3 15:22, September 24, 2010 (UTC)
No offense, but I only asked about nationality. I didn't really care about races when asking. Besides, technically, Captain Yellow was not Australian, anyways since Tigers don't naturally live in Australia. Weedle McHairybug 00:43, September 25, 2010 (UTC)

Death

So there is no proof that he got killed --ponds11 00:24, September 24, 2010 (UTC)

Proof as in his corpse was seen, then yes, there wasn't any proof. However, I have heard that when the guards went after Silver in the anime, gunfire was heard, which indicated that he was shot to death. However, then again, he didn't seem to reappear in Dragon Ball GT's Super 17 Saga. Weedle McHairybug 00:28, September 24, 2010 (UTC)

This is one of the things i hate about dragon ball z SOOOO many plot holes i hate plot holes --ponds11 00:32, September 24, 2010 (UTC)

Silver's corpse was never seen. Neither have I ever heard gunshots when Silver walked out of Red's office, in any of the versions I've watched. I do remember seeing a man in a long dark blue trench coat leaning against a lamp post, though he had yellowish hair. It was in the Hasky episode. I admit it could simply be another case of reusing character designs.
