Although appearing long before the Shin-jin are introduced, it could be retroactively speculated at Annin is a member of that race -albeit one possessing a human appearance- based off of her being described as a "deity" (the "shin" in Shin-jin and Kaioushin means "god" or "deity"), and her earrings also bear a small resemblance to Potara, which all Shin-jin are depicted as wearing. This would make sense considering her occupation as guardian of the Furnace of Eight Divisions (which could be comparable to other divine occupations such as Lord of Time). This would be pure speculation but I think it could be worth noting in the trivia section. ~ Mando Jetii (talk) 16:20, August 29, 2016 (UTC)

I don't think so. Korin is said to be a "God" of some sort as well, and then there's the Gods of Destruction. Either way, I'm more concerned about Annin's lack of information for her appearance and personality.Observer Supreme 01:50, April 2, 2018 (UTC)
