Super Saiyan Rosé (超サイヤ人 ロゼ, Sūpā Saiya-jin Roze) is a transformation assumed by Goku Black. It is his version of the Super Saiyan form, which matches Super Saiyan Blue in strength.[2]
Description
Black using Super Saiyan Rosé
The form has many similarities to the Super Saiyan Blue form. However, the hair is light pink, with pure-white highlights. Upon transforming the eyes were also light pink, but after the aura vanished they became light gray. The aura resembles a flame of darkness, with a glowing reddish-purple inside, the clothing gains a purple hue, and the user glows with purple particles along with golden electricity during the transformation. The form also has a few loose strands of hair when compared to Goku's Super Saiyan hairstyle.
Usage
Black first revealed Super Saiyan Rosé in his battle against Vegeta, Goku, and Trunks. Black fought against Vegeta as a Super Saiyan Blue and completely overpowered him. He then fought against Goku when he was transformed as a Super Saiyan Blue and he was also defeated even though they seemed to be on par. He later fought against Trunks and Goku with his ally Zamasu and later Goku, Vegeta, and Trunks managed to escape.
Trivia
- The term "Rosé" in the name refers to the French pink-colored wine "Rosé". It fits the naming scheme with the Gods of Destruction and their attendants being named after alcoholic beverages.
