Super Saiyan 3 Full Power (超サイヤ人3フルパワー Sūpā Saiya-jin Surī Furu Pawā) is an advancement of Super Saiyan 3, letting the user draw upon the maximum reserves and might of Super Saiyan 3 with no physical strain or energy consumption. It is seemingly only accessible by an ancient Saiyan.
Overview
Appearance
The form appears identical to Super Saiyan 3, however it's hair is somewhat more orange. The user's muscle mass expands and their veins are more apparent. Also, their eyes become blank like those of the berserker state for Super Saiyan forms. Similar to Ultra Instinct in the anime, the intensity of this form's power apparently also causes the clothing on the user's chest to be blasted off.
Usage and power
In the manga this form puts Cunber at a level comparable to God of Destruction Mode Top, while in his ordinary Super Saiyan 3 form his power was only comparable to the likes of Super Saiyan Blue Goku and base form Top.
In the anime, Cunber uses this form to fight Jiren (who is at an unknown level of power), however the battle is interrupted before it can progress. In the manga, Cunber uses this form to fight evenly with God of Destruction Top, however Kamioren takes out both fighters after achieving their ultimate form.
In the game, it is shown that even when in this form and teamed up with Hearts and Fused Zamasu, the trio are on the losing end of a battle with Super Full Power Jiren.
