Goku activates Super Kaio-ken and uses the Kamehameha, inflicting extreme damage to his opponent.

In Legends, it is named Super Kaioken Kamehameha where it is the Special Move Arts for Super Kaioken Goku (DBL24-13S). It is also used as the finisher for his Super Kaio-ken Dragon Fist Ultimate Move Arts.
