Spread Shot Retreat is an evasive technique used by many fighters.

Overview[]

An evasive technique where the user fires ki blasts while moving backwards. It allows the user to put some distance between the user and their opponents while attacking at the same time preventing their opponent from following.

Usage[]

Gohan uses the technique to escape Super Buu's Super Ghost Kamikaze Attack.

Film Appearances[]

In Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection ‘F’, Krillin uses the move while retreating from Frieza's soldiers.

Variations[]

Video Game Appearances[]

In Xenoverse, Spread Shot Retreat was named and first appeared as a common Evasive Skill used by Krillin and several other fighters. The Future Warrior can learn this skill during Krillin's Training as the Warrior's Master.

In Xenoverse 2, it returns as a common Evasive Skill used by several characters. Additionally, it can also be used by Copyman and Ramon. The Future Warrior can obtain the skill as a reward in Parallel Quest 28: "Legendary Super Saiyan".
