The user creates a red and orange Explosive Wave to protect themselves from Ki Blasts. The barrier usually wears off after two or three seconds.

Spirit Boost was named and first appears in Dragon Ball Xenoverse as a common Super Skill used by many fighters such as Goku, Vegeta, and Tien. It can also be purchased by the Future Warrior from the Skill Shop in Toki Toki City's Industrial Sector. In Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2, Spirit Boost is noteworthy in that it does not require any Ki to use.
