Spirit Bomb Absorption is a variation of the Spirit Bomb used by Goku and Future Trunks.

Overview

Original used by Super Saiyan Goku in the film Dragon Ball Z: Super Android 13! to into himself because of the impurity in his heart brought on by the Super Saiyan form prevented Goku from using it as he would normally. It is first used in the canon storyline in Dragon Ball Super, during finale of the battle with Fused Zamasu, every human, plant and animal on Earth unconsciously sends their energy to Super Saiyan Anger Future Trunks, resulting in a Spirit Bomb appearing above him. Super Saiyan Anger Trunks then absorbs it, allowing him to create the Sword of Light and destroy Fused Zamasu's body.
