Sonic Kick is a Flying Kick technique used by Piccolo in the Dragon Ball Z: Butōden series and by Piccolo and Great Saiyaman in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2.

Overview

The user performs a flying kick forward, then performs another flying kick backwards.

Video Game Appearances

Sonic Kick first appeared in Dragon Ball Z: Butōden (series) in Dragon Ball Z: Super Butōden as one of Piccolo's techniques. In those games it appears under several different names such as Supersonic Kick or Sliding Retort Kick.

In Dragon Ball Xenoverse as one of Super Skills used by Piccolo and Great Saiyaman which can also be obtained by the Future Warrior (Xenoverse 2) by purchasing it from the Skill Shop in Conton City. The Namekian Future Warrior performs a weaker version of the technique as one of their standard combos.

• As it is used by both Piccolo and Great Saiyaman, presumably one of the many techniques that Piccolo taught to Gohan who uses it in his guise as Great Saiyaman.
