Smile Charge is a Grappling Ki Blast used by Android 17 in Dragon Ball Xenoverse series.
Overview[]
The user uses Rapid Movement sneak up to the opponent and grabs them by the neck with their right hand, then charges a ki blast in their left hand before firing it right in the opponent's face.

Smile Charge was named and first appeared in Xenoverse as one of Android 17's Super Skills. It is one of the few skills unavailable for use by the Future Warrior. In the GT Pack 1, it is used by Hell Fighter 17.

Android 17 (DB Super) performing Smile Charge in Xenoverse 2
Smile Charge returns in Xenoverse 2 as one of Android 17's Super Skills in his Favorite Clothing 1 skillset. Like in Xenoverse, it is one of the few skills unavailable for use by the Future Warrior. As part of the 1.15.00 Update DLC, after randomly obtaining Customization Unlock Key 8 as a Raid Reward which unlocks Android 17 (DB Super) in Partner Customization, the Smile Charge skill can be added to his Custom skillset after purchasing it in Partner Customization.
