The Singer (歌手 Kashu) is the singer that sings the anthem of the inter-universe. Despite his small size his voice is surprisingly deep.

The singer's physical appearance is that of a humanoid penguin, short in size, and is purple. He wears a red bow tie.

On the Nameless Planet, before the first match between Universe 6 and Universe 7, the singer is introduced by the Referee and he sings the inter-universe anthem which says, "It's a big universe, and there's two!". After his performance, he goes to sit with the Supreme Kais and their attendants.
