S-Cells are microscopic cells found in most Saiyans. The number of S-Cells can increase with a Saiyan of gentle spirit, or when a Saiyan increases their battle power. S-Cells are essential to becoming a Super Saiyan, and when a Saiyan has gained enough they can transform by feeling emotions of anger or sadness, or a sensation in their back. S-Cells can be passed down through genetics, making it easier for Saiyan such as Goten and Trunks to become Super Saiyans.
