Robert Bruce Elliott (born September 3, 1953, in Renton, Washington) is an American actor, voice actor, ADR director, and scriptwriter who works for Funimation.
Biography[]
Elliott provided voices for a number of English versions of Japanese anime series. He also appeared on television and on film for a variety of shows and movies from Barney & Friends to JFK to Finding North.
He voiced numerous characters in the Dragon Ball franchise including Raiti, Dr. Wheelo, and Ledgic. He also voiced Captain Ginyu in Dragon Ball Z Kai and Senbei Norimaki in Dragon Ball Super, having taken up both roles following the retirement and passing of Brice Armstrong.
Some of his other roles include Richard Moore in the Case Closed franchise, Kambei Shimada in Samurai 7, Azuki Rousai in Basilisk, King Yama in YuYu Hakusho, Fei Wang Reed in Tsubasa: Reservoir Chronicle anime series and OVA, and Bookman in D.Gray-man. He has also narrarated Burst Angel, Sgt. Frog, Trinity Blood, and School Rumble: First Semester Extra.
