Red Ribbon Army New Headquarters is the new main base of the Red Ribbon Army.
Overview[]
After being attacked by Gamma 2, Piccolo disguises himself as a Red Ribbon Soldier in order to infiltrate the Red Ribbon Army's base which is concealed under a massive holographic dome. There he learns of the creation of Cell Max. When the Red Ribbon plot to kidnap Pan in order to lure in Gohan, Piccolo, still disguised, takes on the mission himself in an attempt to give Gohan some motivation to train. After Gohan heads to the Red Ribbon compound, Gohan and Piccolo face off against Gammas 1 and 2. During the fight, the enraged Gohan's Ultimate transformation is so powerful it damages the holographic dome in addition to blasting away the storm clouds right overhead where the dome was. Thanks to this the base's location is easily located by Bulma & her backup team of Dragon Team members to find it without issue later.
When Magenta realizes that his androids are losing the battle and are starting to question if the Dragon Team are really villains, he hastily releases Cell Max before he is ready. Dr. Hedo kills Magenta while trying to stop him, but the monster is set loose producing a Max Barrier that destroys a good portion of the base. Together the Dragon Team defeat Cell Max and Dr. Hedo becomes a new employee of Capsule Corporation along with Gamma 1 who Bulma offers to hire as a security guard. The rest of the base was destroyed by Cell Max's cellular self-destruction which was triggered by Gohan Beast hitting Cell Max's weak point with his Special Beam Cannon as Dr. Hedo designed him to do as a failsafe. Fortunately, the explosion was nowhere near as devastating as the original Cell's self-destruct.

In Xenoverse 2 as part of the Hero of Justice Pack 2 DLC, a battle-damaged version of the headquarters was added as a stage under the name Red Ribbon Army (Yard).
