Control room

The base is protected by turrets, jets, helicopters, soldiers driving hovercars, and many footsoldiers. It also contained various traps, such as a trick ceiling that, when activated, will crush anyone within the vicinity, as well as various booby-trapped explosive safes that were presumably designed to keep people from gaining any information about their researchers. Commander Red has his own apartments inside the Red Ribbon Army Headquarters. There is a control room with a Global Dragon Radar. The base also apparently contained a golf course.

Several busts of Commander Red. A tower served as a garage for Commander Red's hovercar and a higher tower served as Staff Officer Black's Battle Jacket garage.

After Goku took down the Red Ribbon Army, the base became ruins.
