Ray Chase is an American actor who has voiced in English dubs of anime, cartoons, video games, and audio books. His best-known role is the main character Noctis Lucis Caelum in Final Fantasy XV. He voices Piccolo, Tien Shinhan, and Oolong in the Toonami Asia dub of Dragon Ball Super.
