Power Up, Krillin! Frieza's Mounting Apprehension! (パワーアップだクリリン！うごめくフリーザの予感, Pawā Appu da Kuririn! Ugomeku Furīza no Yokan) is the twenty-fifth overall episode in the Dragon Ball Z Kai series. The episode first aired on September 27, 2009. Its original American air date was June 29, 2010. Its Dragon Ball Z counterparts are "Zarbon's Surprise" and "Guru's Gift".

Summary

Krillin and Dende arrive at the Grand Elder's location, a conspicuous tower out in the open, and are greeted by Nail, one of the strongest Warrior-type Namekians. The Elder speaks with them about the Dragon Balls, his ailing health, and the need for help to his Namekian children. He reads Krillin's past through telepathy where he learns of the history of Kami; of how Piccolo is the evil shed from Kami in order for Kami to become Earth's guardian. He also learns that Krillin's intentions are pure, and that he has dormant power; which he awakens. Krillin's power increases dramatically and he asks the Elder if Gohan can have his dormant power awakened, to which the Elder replies yes.

ZarbonVsVegetaNV. — Zarbon retrieving a beaten Vegeta on Frieza's orders

Meanwhile, Zarbon reports to Frieza saying how he defeated Vegeta, even though he didn't find his corpse. Frieza condemns him when he thinks Vegeta has a Dragon Ball hidden, so he sends Zarbon to fetch him and bring him back to the ship to heal. Zarbon finds Vegeta and places him in a Medical Machine inside Frieza's spaceship. Frieza has a premonition of losing to a Saiyan who is not Vegeta.
