Towale is a planet in Universe 11.
Overview
Towale has a galaxy prison, but the prisoners broke out and started a riot until Jiren stopped it.
When Team Universe 11 lost in the Tournament of Power, Towale was erased with the rest of Universe 11. It was later restored when the erased universes were restored.
