Planet Burst (プラネットバースト) is Kid Buu's most powerful attack. First, Kid Buu raises his right hand in the air and gathers his energy in the form of a giant bright-pink energy sphere. Once it is ready, he launches the energy sphere at the opponent, inflicting a huge amount of damage. Goku noted that in its first use, it was strong enough to blow the Earth up 100 times.
Kid Buu used this attack to destroy the Earth after his previous attack was deflected by Vegeta. He also used it to destroy other planets to track down Goku and Vegeta, and used miniature versions during his battle with Goku in his Super Saiyan 2 form on the Supreme Kai Planet.
Planet Burst was named in the Budokai Tenkaichi series and is Kid Buu's Ultimate Blast. In Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi, it was called "Death Ball", but this was later fixed in Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 2 and 3.

It was also named, "Vanishing Ball," in the Budokai series and Dragon Ball Z: Infinite World. It was also used there as a part of his ultimate attack, Warp Kamehameha, where he sets off the attack with a Kamehameha. It is also named "Earth Destroying Single Blow" (地球崩壊の一撃) in the official books.
