Photon Rain (フォトンレイン) is a variation of the Infinity Bullet used by Android 18 in Dragon Ball Z: Extreme Butōden.

After knocking the opponent to the ground, Android 18 blows a kiss to her opponent, then fires a barrage of purple ki blasts from her hands that grow in intensity (the initial shots start off small only to increase in size with each subsequent blast) followed up with a large energy sphere.

The cinematic that appears when Photon Rain Final Ultimate Combo is successfully performed in Extreme Butōden
This technique was named and first appeared in Dragon Ball Z: Extreme Butōden as Android 18's Final Ultimate Combo. The combo must be performed in the air and requires 200% SG to use.
