Phillip Wilburn

Phillip Wilburn (born on July 6, 1969, in Sulphur Springs, Texas) is an American voice actor who works for FUNimation Entertainment.

Biography

Wilburn voiced Red Ribbon Army soldiers in Dragon Ball and both Android 19 and Android 13 in Dragon Ball Z.

He also voiced Inspector Koichi Zenigata in Lupin III and Cat Man in The Twelve Kingdoms. Additional voicework Wilburn has done for FUNimation includes Fullmetal Alchemist, Samurai 7, and Yu Yu Hakusho: Ghost Files.
