Debra Philece Sampler (1953-2021) was an American actress. She voiced Goten in the Bang Zoom! dub of Dragon Ball Super, albeit credited as Dana Hayes. Additionally, she voiced Piiza and the younger iteration of Goku in its sixteenth episode.
Biography[]
Philece got her start on the serial Days of Our Lives and the soap opera Another World. She has also voiced various characters in English-language dubs of Japanese anime and animation including Mimi Tachikawa and Cody Hida in Digimon, Beauty in Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo, Taokaka in BlazBlue and Mataro Mankanshoku in Kill la Kill.
