Perfect Combination (パーフェクトコンビネーション Pāfekuto Konbinēshon) is a Rush Attack used by Cell in his Perfect form.

First, Cell charges at the opponent and kicks them up into the air. Then, he flies after the opponent and attacks them with a powerful punching and kicking barrage before slapping them away. Finally, Cell moves above the opponent and elbows them in their back, breaking their spine and knocking them down into the ground and inflicting a high amount of damage, and can also render the opponent unconscious.

Cell used part of this attack during his battle with Vegeta in his Super Saiyan Second Grade form. Unaffected by Vegeta's energy wave barrage, Cell walked towards the surprised Saiyan prince and punched him onto the ground. As Vegeta struggled to get up, Cell attacked him with the Perfect Combination rush's starting kick and elbow strike, kicking the Saiyan prince up into the air and knocking him down to the ground, rendering him unconscious and reverting him to his normal state.
