The Para Para Boogie is the hypnotic song and dance technique used by the Para Brothers. This technique is used to trap their opponents by hypnotizing them into dancing, thus making them defenseless against attacks.

The Para Para Brothers place Trunks, Goku, and Pan under a dance trance

The Para Brothers use this on Beehay against Goku, Trunks, and Pan and are able to knock them out, giving them the necessary time to retain the Black Star Dragon Ball which Goku, Trunks, and Pan had left in their spaceship. However, the Moumas scared the brothers and Goku, Trunks and Pan, free of their control and knock them out.

They later used this technique when Pan asks Dolltaki how to get out of the Machine Mutant Luud.

Dragon Ball: Xenoverse in-game description

Para Para Boogie appears under the name Dancing Parapara in Dragon Ball: Xenoverse and appears as one of the Future Warrior's obtainable Super Skills. It can be obtained via purchasing it at the Skill Shop. DLC characters GT Trunks and Pan (as part of her 2nd skillset) use the technique as one of their Super Skills, as part of the GT Pack 1 DLC. While dancing (regardless of whether an opponent is hypnotized or not) the user's stamina will recover at a much faster rate.

In Dragon Ball Z: Dokkan Battle, Para Para Boogie is the Para Brother's super attack; however, since they are currently unplayable, they never use the attack in their boss fight. The attack name appears in the game files, however.
