PP Candy[1][2] (PPキャンディー) is a "vitamin" made by Bulma.
Overview
Effects of the PP Candy
Bulma used the PP Candy to make Oolong obedient. She tricks him into eating it, but after he eats it, any time she yells "Piii Piii!" (or "Piggy!", depending on the dub), he would have cramps and "the runs".
The effects only last for one month. Indeed, it wore off by the time of Dragon Ball Z as in Dragon Ball Z: The World's Strongest, Bulma calls Oolong "piggy" without any effects.
Video game appearance
The PP Candy is trophy No. 18 in Dragon Ball: Advanced Adventure. In Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Z, PP Candy is an item that decreases HP by a large amount.
