Ozotto's Palace (オゾットの館 Ozotto no Yakata) is the "home" of Majin Ozotto.

The invite to the palace
As the palace's true form is Ozotto himself, it appears partially organic in nature through its disguise, with his eyes covering different parts of it. Ozotto is also able to speak while acting as the palace, despite appearing to lack a mouth.[1]
The palace can be reached by using an invite gifted by Ozotto,[2] which seemingly leads those gifted with it to the palace before disappearing.[3]
